My new daily got knicked in a parking lot 5 minutes after i bought her. I was told Bobby's is the best by a trusted friend. She was right, again. The paint is an awesome match ( car is 20 years old, well kept, but dinged a little). On closer inspection, hours later, i got to nitpicking and noticed a gap. (Edit here: headlight gap, not replaced, original) I had pics i sent the insurance company, so i checked those. Yep, it was a pre existing gap. Shame on BMW! The actual body part replaced perfectly matches the hood , bumper, and door. (and rocker, sorry, my other car is a z3, who puts the beans on the hood? Germans design cars during Oktoberfest, god bless them, wish they used aluminum on coolant parts, but im a broken record.) I hope i never have to bring my car back there, but i will certainly send all my bad driver friends there, and the unlucky ones! Ha! So nice to be back in a MT 6sp! Love it! Thanks Bobby's, good people all around! Added: Pic of gap before repair. Noticeable when you sit outide at night in your garage shopping for BMW replacement parts. Its worth it. Added 2: i guess i could post the repair too! Duh! Sorry, long couple weeks or so... Snoop and '79 Schwinnfor scale. My mom ate all my scale bananas (Edit: they were hers!) I also call my carport a garage. I have fewer tools than i left at moms. Im too old to not give a shit! I need somone to check linkage, and bushings. Asap.

OMG! The work is beautiful and yes it took a little longer than they said. Only 2 days and it was worth it! I got a beautifully clean car as well as the repairs. I had to get down and thank them myself as I have been trying to figure out how I was going to get it clean inside and out. I am 9 weeks into rotator cuff surgery and life has been a bit rough to say the least. I have 4 dogs that travel with me and when I got into my car I knew instantly the inside had been cleaned as well. What an awesome Christmas gift! Looks like my car did before the accident and even better. The staff was honest, courteous and very helpful. Didn’t meet the guys who do the repairs but it is awesome. I can’t say enough good things about Bobby’s Paint and Body! I took my C6 Corvette to another shop and was quoted $900 for the work I needed. Thankfully, I decided to check out Bobby’s, and I’m so glad I did! Not only did they only charge me $50, but the quality of their work was absolutely top-notch. You’d never know there was ever an issue—my car looks flawless! A huge thank you to Justin, Pookie, and Mr. Bobby for their excellent service and attention to detail. These guys are honest, skilled, and truly care about their customers. If you need any paint or bodywork done, this is the place to go! Highly recommend!

(Perfect place to go if you are looking to get your car fixed!) I want to start by saying I had nothing but a wonderful experience at Bobby’s Paint and Body shop experienced no problems at all!. When it came to getting my car estimate it was super fast and the gentleman who did the estimate for me “Ny” was super friendly Was excellent at explaining everything that would need to be done to my car along with getting it done through my insurance with the estimate of the car repair and my actual deductible price I would pay Two things I’ve saw a lot on the Google reviews when I was trying to figure out what place to go with when I was looking to get my car fixed was (Firstly) - Getting different prices when they get the car estimated vs when they actually pick up the car I can honestly say I had no problem with that the price I was given when I got my car first looked at Was the price I paid when I received my car completely done If you are bringing you car in because of a car accident or wreck everything is done through the insurance company you have for your vehicle so there should be no reason why people are leaving negative reviews for that And (Secondly) Estimated times keep changing are the second thing I saw a lot on the reviews which AGAIN I don’t understand why you would leave a negative review for that because I for one would rather have my car worked on a little longer to make sure everything is working properly and fixed properly That’s exactly what I received from my experience going here I actually got my car looking better then it did before my front bumper was damaged it not only looked new on the exterior but the interior was BEAUTIFULLY CLEANED! inside as well when I picked up my car!!! Nothing but wonderful things to say about how there business is run also in the small amount of time I was waiting in the lobby Every single employee was so friendly and very polite! The young blonde women at the front desk was so sweet and kind when assisting you The quality of employees I can say is definitely a reflection of the owner Bobby who was actually in there the two times I needed to get the car checked and dropped off He not only greeted me and my husband but was extremely pleasant to talk too because of how warm and welcoming he was when he greeted and spoke with you Once again nothing but great things to say about this place I’m not from Lafayette so I had no knowledge of the business around here this I can say is a great choice to go with if your in need of getting your car fixed!!!!.

Top notch experience having work done by this business. Everyone has been great to talk to, they really care and will take the time to explain anything you might not understand. All repairs were everything I could’ve hoped for, left my car looking like it did when it rolled off the lot when I bought it. If you need body work or paint I can highly recommend this place. Parts were reasonably priced, and labour prices are justified for the quality you receive.

My left fender was replaced and painted due to an accident. The representative took time to explain everything to me and showed what needed to be done. I was grateful because in today's society people try to rush through everything. The car was supposed to be ready in a few days, but there was a delay in shipment. He kept me posted. After I pickup up the vehicle, I was satisfied with the repair plus, he gave me additional information in reference to touch up paint that didn't involve the repair. Hopefully I am not in another accident. But I would definitely use their services again. The place was clean and there was plenty of parking including handicap parking. Plus you can easily see it from the hwy.
