Sure, there’s other body shops in Lafayette but then you’d have to deal with the associates. Save the frustration with the other body shops/collision centers in Lafayette - they are useless. The service is horrible and you will regret it. You’ll get the Run around, hot potato with your vehicle. Just go see Chance. Give him a call. Dude does this stuff effortlessly it seems. Truly professional and knows what headache your dealing with AND he will Help you out!

Went there to get an estimate on a small 1x1 gash on my front passenger fender. The guy that helped me was able to get the paint off and gave me some information on using my touch up paint to fix the clear coat. I was hit from behind and it totally jacked up my car. My car needed an extensive repair. John was AMAZING from the beginning to the end of my experience. He was able to give comfort in knowing what he will do, the process, and how long it would take. I would probably call him at least 3x a week to get updates and he would not hesistate to answer me promptly. My car came back like nothing EVER happened to it. He reassured me consistently and even over extended himself when he did not have to. If you ever need someone to repair your car after a big hit, he is the guy for the job!

I had my new car for 2 weeks when I was hit from behind. Their insurance wanted to patch the damage but Tommy put in a zoom call to the insurance to show that I hadn't even got a license plate yet and the parts should be replaced!! What can I say about this amazing body shop. I contacted them about damage to my bumper of my new 2022 ram limited truck. Within 2 days they had the part in and were ready to get it put on. I was able to contact John and he set me up for a quick turn around of just a day project. The office staff of Jodi and Ms Ann are amazing and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend them as your 1st choice for body work on your vehicle.

These guys are awesome. I brung my car to them wrecked, ac not working, cruise control not working, wires hanging after I hit something coming from work. Went to several shops that didn’t want to deal with it or fix it. They fixed it all and things I didn’t even ask. Great shop!!!

I went to speak to the secretary about some particular running boards as an upgrade for my Ram 1500. The staff is great on the computer she showed some parts, but I really needed to see the part in all black, so I can be sure it's the exact item I wanna put on my truck. I showed the receptionist the part I wanted on another truck I saved. I just have to come up with half of $1450 so they can gon and order the part. The facility is very clean and comfortable and again great staff. I went to other places before going to Auto Extreme and they could get what I needed and Auto Extreme do so I'm ready to make the funds and do my next upgrade to my truck.

the best body shop i have ever dealt with ! hear me when i say auto xtreme are very professional , friendly , care about your needs and take time on your car . They literally told me “ we work for you not the insurance company “ they took they time and fixed things the insurance company didn't even quote me for . my car was washed and even the inside was wiped . soo happy i went with them , wouldn't think twice .
