I went to the business for an oil change. Instead of draining my oil, the technician drained all the transmission oil out and added oil to the engine which produced an overflow of oil to the motor and my transmission has to be replaced. They refused to own up to their mistake.

This place is a nightmare from the moment I walked in it smelled like something died in the walls the so called owner told me I needed another AC compressor let's just say $1145 later OUT OF POCKET because she tried to play my warranty company my truck still has NO AC I had to call the cops for her TERA-LYNN to release my truck so she acted even more unprofessional and banned me as if I was returning DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE SHE IS VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND INEXPERIENCED I waited 4 hours in that stinky office while she ran errandss YES that is what she told me a paying customer I had to wait she was busy so while patiently waiting I took a monent and reported the owner and this business to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU as well now I see why only 2 customers came in that 4 hr time span this company and its little owner is a real life joke good luck with that ☺️

One star is too high..I didn't have a good car buying experience here...purchased a vehicle...waited 7 hours...and immediately started spending money from my savings on parts and labor within the first 72 hours of leaving the lot with it ( due to the vehicle not being serviced or inspected properly) ...please go elsewhere for your auto needs...please tell everyone you know to avoid this place...I left frustrated, head hurting, and currently stressed out to this very day...buying a car shouldn't be this difficult, complicated, and stressful 😢...I was extremely disappointed. I'm a United States Navy Veteran. I've served my country with Honor, and it's a shame to get a car and immediately have to fix various parts on it..I deserve better than this. It shouldn't just be about the money, but providing customers with safe vehicles to drive...vehicles with serious issues can lead to accidents, damage, or death...

So, I called to get a quote on A/C diagnostic was told it was 75 dollars. My wife bought our truck over and the price changed because she was told that they had to test with freon, which was very understandable but not what we were told over the phone. So while my wife was discussing this change of pricing, I hear a woman in the background ask my wife if she "want to do it or not because it's hot!" First off, she followed my wife outside, secondly, when I called back, I was communicating over the phone about a rude associate and the lady replied, "yes that was me, the owner." I tried to communicate that me and my wife were discussing the pricing and didn't need the rudeness and I'm guessing she was fed up so she says "Have a nice day" and hangs up! Poor customer service!!
