★★☆☆☆ This location is getting worse as the time goes by. The once great staff is slowly being replaced with people that are either undertrained, or trained to lie to people. I have dealt with first call for years through my business, and the front side of the store for years for my personal use. It is a fact that Oriellys price matches Walmart and other retailers. I have done this for years, because Walmarts oil prices are 1/2 the cost. My last visit, the associate spent 5 minutes with me arguing that they do not price match, which ended in his manager correcting him. It should not be this difficult to get the service that corporate requires stores to give.
