Went in for noise in front brake area. Everything in New Iberia closed due to Easter weekend. Chad says yes come in we can take you. Brakes were fine, it was hub bearing issue. Fixed quickly and good price. Great communication about the issue. Exceptional custoner service and in and out. Highly recommend.I will be back for future needs.

The only reason I give Midas 3 stars is because I called the other day and asked if they would install the MPI exhaust I purchased online (it needs to be welded in place). They told me they won't install any aftermarket exhaust. The person on the phone didn't sound friendly over the phone.

Feel confident using Midas on W. Pinhook, they are honest and prompt with checking and diagnosing problems. Had my exhaust system checked and turned out to be the gas cap! What a relief! I have been going to Chad for 4 years. He has done major repairs on my truck multiple times. He is the most honest and highly skilled mechanic I have ever used. If he tells you a part needs changed you should change it. His prices are fair and more importantly he wont screw your vehicle up. He is very meticulous and pays attention to detail. I LOVE this place!!! Hands down, the absolute BEST auto shop around. The customer service is top notch. Everyone is so friendly and genuine. I have never met a more honest mechanic in my life! The owner was incredibly professional and even went so far as to take me into the garage and show me the things he was talking about while my car was up on the lift. The reviews about this place do not lie. From the moment I called in, I was treated with kindness. I brought my car in to use a coupon for a free tire rotation. The hospitality, cleanliness and trustworthiness sets this place apart. When I drove in, I already knew of problems that needed to be corrected on my vehicle. I gave them a chance to give me a price to repair it and the price was so good, I did it on the spot. I did not expect that at all. NEVER were they pushy and their advice was in line with my master mechanic friend. Every step of the way through the repair I was informed of the status, and it was almost too much information! Never will I complain about that though however! I was always told the cost and they asked for permission BEFORE work was performed. Way way WAY better treated here than Goodyear and Firestone and any others. These guys saved me about $75-$110 easy. THANK YOU!
