When I was referred to Mr. Mike for my auto repair and when I called him, he seemed to be a man of his words. After taking my vehicle there, he said changing the gas cap maybe the problem and if it was not that he would know then what to repair. Well, the gas cap was not the problem and he had me to come back again to look at it. When I arrived, he said he needed an equipment he needed to check my vehicle which he didn't have and said he would order one. He told me to call him on a Friday to schedule a time to bring it in. I did, but he told me he couldn't take my vehicle nor anyone else because he had a big job he was doing and he would call me. Going on two weeks and have not heard from him.

As a woman, I have always been scared of being taken advantage of by mechanics. I heard that Mike at Trips auto was different, and that he treats all customers with respect. With that knowledge in-hand, I decided to give Trips Auto my business. I was floored by the professionalism and courtesy as soon as I walked in the door. Mike explained to me what needed to be done, what could be done, and he broke down the prices. I felt like I finally had some control over my car’s repair. Went in for a 25.00 oil change with bring my own oil and filter and Mr Mike was so outgoing and respectful. Also checked all my other fluids and rotated my tires and all in a timely manner.
