Had an appointment to have my brakes inspected, literally took me to my truck and only did an eye view of it and going to tell me nothing is wrong.. I told the man I was hearing grinding when I would press on brakes.. he said it’s not the brakes and sent me on my way.. I took my truck to Delta Tire in New Iberia who discovered it was by back drums causing the issue thankfully..I would never recommend this tire choice to anyone

I brought my old car to this location numerous times, over a 4 year period and got service the same day. I have another vehicle and 1/5 times I went there my car got service. I was being referred to the location on congress. I don’t recall that manager name but he refuses to work on my car, I wanted a tune-up he said his mechanic not their and that I need to find someone who knows what their doing because I have a Cadillac….second time I went for a oil change, he said the lift was broken, I stay right up the road and before I stopped their I seen 2 trucks on lifts…..third time I went I got serviced for a brake job, it was a different manager, he also called a auto parts store and had them get the brakes ready for me to pick up because the didn’t have them in stock A++……fourth time I went for an alignment once again I was referred to the congress store by someone named John or to go by John at the congress location. which did take me two extra days just to get this all taken care of at the congress location. The fifth time I went their today because my tpms was on and he was their again today and once again referred me to the congress location stating that his machine is broken. I went to the location on pinhook and got a oil change, and they did the 5-point check, neither of the other two locations did that and they was willing to do my tune-up I stay less than a minute from this location, only a stop sign is between us

This is from a friend of mine Marilyn Worthy. This is so no one has to go through the nightmare Im going through. please never go to Allied Tire on Evangeline Thrwy. They gave me my car back with only four of the five lug nuts holding the tire on to the rim . they scratched and dented both rims because they didn’t know how to use the key to unlock my rims to get the tires off. They also broke the key that is used to remove the tires, When I confronted them about it they did Nothing to fix their incompetence.

I have came here for years; even before it was Tire Choice. Tire Choice has kept true to their word in taking care of their customers. Today was a great example of that! Called yesterday and asked for prices. Rolled up today and he knew exactly who I was and what I needed. Certainly made me feel “at home” with my regular tire people. Being super sweet and nice is just the bonus you get when coming here. They will always be “my tire people”!!

Easily some of the best service I've received from an Auto Repair shop. Fast, reliable, and affordable. I've gone to them on multiple occasions for tire repairs and replacements, and not once have they disappointed me. They have a fine selection of tire brands to choose from, they accommodate all vehicles to the best of their ability, and handle your vehicle with the best of care and speed. I was once leaving town for a six hour drive with my kids and one tire was very low. I had stopped at three different gas stations and their pumps weren’t functioning (and yes I asked for help). I pulled into tire choice and they helped me and wouldn’t even accept any payment. I was so relieved. Kindness in a community matters.

Even though they mostly do tires, utilizing Tire Choice for a battery was a great decision! From making the online appointment to the speed at which I was served was impressive. Aside from the sticker shock on the cost of a new battery (it’s been a while obviously) it was a great experience. Would highly recommend this location for all automotive needs.

went in for a flat repair that I was told they couldn't repair because of the location of the bolt in it so I had to buy a new tire. The kid I dealt with told me multiple times their internet was down and he could take cash only for the 1 tire he had in stock that matched my size. He wanted $300 for it but when I went to leave, he went to the "manager" and knocked it down to $200. Online these tires go for around $200 so I'm glad I at least paid market value and not the $300 he wanted to charge. I was told that ironman tires were made by Goodyear and are rated for 65,000 miles, so I bought the tire so I could get back on the road. Since the internet was down, he couldn't give me a receipt. After researching the tires to get 3 more to have a matching set, they're NOT made by Goodyear and are only rated for 50,000 miles. They more than likely pocketed the cash I paid them and lied about everything I asked him. The only positive was they had me back on the road in about 30 minutes

Traveling thru and picked up huge metal staples in tire. As would happen we were staying right across the road from this location. Thankfully they were open till 7:30. The guys at store were very friendly and wanted to help. Tire could not be fixed. They ordered new and was in next morning and they mounted it as promised and we were back on the road. I would recommend this store and the service guys that worked there.

I was trailering my motorcycle and my trailer had a blow out. They were the only ones who had the tire i needed. Pulled the tire and took to them. Knowing that my trailer and motorcycle were on stranded off of I-10 they fixed me up within 15 minutes. Also my jack had broken and they even gave a me a jack to borrow so that i could get the tire back on as quick as possible. The tech greeted me was incredibly kind and sympathetic to my unique situation. He was incredibly helpful, polite, professional in the shop area was clean. They should be at the top of your list for any tire needs. A sincere thank you to this group for helping me. James
