Called to see about getting truck fixed and towed here, girl anwsers phone ask if I can hold puts phone down and I spend 10min listening to her talk on her cell phone about what she is going to do tonight never spoke with me

My car broke down a few miles from Crowley and Perfomance was recommended by AAA. To a person, everyone there was kind, helpful and honest. They went out of their way to help us, numerous times. The final repair was great and cost less than I would have paid my regular dealer garage at home. Weylin Daigle and his crew are the best.

I had my van towed to Performance in Sept after it broke down a day before I was to go back home to SC. After waiting several weeks I finally got my vehicle back. I had to have my transmission rebuilt....and it made it back home to SC, but I have been home MAYBE three weeks..and now my transmission is slipping again, just like it did before it went out the first time. They promised it would "be better than factory" which should have told me something right there because NOTHING is better than factory. I currently cannot drive my van because of this issue, and I called the owner of the shop back and he was supposed to get back to me...and as of right now he has not called back. Save yourself time and money and just go somewhere else!!!!

I paid for 3 tires to be mounted and balanced. The man charged me over $100. Well shortly after leaving this place my vehicle started vibrating. I go to college so I brought my vehicle to the automotive section of school to have the tires checked. None of the tires was balanced after this man charged me over $100 to mount and balance tires. First thing he ridiculously overcharged me, second the job wasn't done properly, third i spoke to him about this but he didn't make it right. You may have got that $100+ from me but you will never get another penny from me

This place is now Bourque’s Performance and Tire. I was driving thru on a road trip to visit family when I got a flat tire. Brought my car here. Turned out to be a cracked rim! Tim was EXTREMELY helpful and honest. He called around and found someplace to repair the rim (rather than try to sell me a new one). He took the tire off, took it to be fixed, and reinstalled. All of this in a reasonable amount of time. He was very respectful and honest. Any mechanic could have easily ripped us off since it was obvious we were traveling. Highly recommend this shop!

These people do not do good work they call and tell me my cars done and when I arrive to pick it up I can see right off the bat that the bumper is not aligned and rubbing the fenders. Instead of trying to fix it I have to argue for them to do so. Then I got back the next day to pick it up and the actual alignment is wayyy off. Two days later the battery dies and I find the battery terminals and the mounting hardware loose. And when I call to tell them they tell me it’s my problem they fixed the car. And plus my running lights aren’t working anymore. So when I tried to get these issues resolved the owner tells me I’m too particular even tho my issuance paid them 7 thousand dollars for the repair.
