I brought it to Rite Price Tire, where they performed an internal tire patch to repair the puncture. Unfortunately, the air continued to slowly leak from the tire shortly after. When I returned to the shop for a follow-up, the manager carefully inspected the tire and acknowledged that the previous patching attempt had not fully resolved the issue. Rather than try another patch, he recommended a full tire replacement, offering me an affordable used tire option. What really impressed me, though, was that despite their initial repair not holding up, the manager did not charge me anything for the replacement. He took full responsibility, apologized for the initial problem, and ensured I left with a reliable tire at no additional cost. The level of integrity, transparency and customer-first mentality at Rite Price Tire is exceptional. Their dedication to making things right, no matter what, is truly admirable. I will absolutely return for any future tire needs and will enthusiastically refer their services to friends and family.
