This is the best auto repair shop I've been to in 8 years. Luie is very professional and super nice. The receptionist is very pleasant and has a great personality. I came to get my radiator replaced and they were super fast in getting the new part and fixing it under 3 hours with a fair price too! Will be back for any other needs!

I’m from New York and this is by far the best auto repair I’ve seen since I’ve been down here! My son’s engine light was on and we couldn’t figure out what was going on as the other auto shops were saying that nothing was wrong, but we knew something was wrong. Lou helped us to get that fixed in under 3 hours! Which was amazing since the other auto repair shops couldn’t figure it out in days. The atmosphere of the shop is super friendly and relatively cheap for the services offered. Will definitely return for any future car problems!

It was ok. I usually go to Walmart but I figured I would try a local place when I saw the Groupon. Waiting room was extremely dirty and no place to park your car. They didn't take down any info for my appointment so I had worried that I wouldn't get in, but they did get me right in and even let me come early. However, because they didn't take any info- they ran out of the oil my car needed mid oil change, and it took over 20 mins for auto zone to bring them more-- would've been nice if they had been more prepared for my appointment since the Oil change was supposed to take about 20 mins ended up taking over an hour with waiting for the oil. When they pulled my car back up the AC was on with the windows down with my car running and it took me a minute to get out there, so I ended up with 3 mosquitos in the car driving home with was fun. Got a bite on my ankle, knee and arm because I couldn't get them out. But the guys were all very nice/kind and did their best to get me out as soon as they could. Note: I am not sure why it was responded about a receipt when I said nothing about a receipt?

Horrible experience! Took my car in to have wheel bearings put on where I receive the car back after one week with AC and radio not working! Shop called to tell me that the car is ready, I go to get into the car and crank up not only is my car Disgusting as if someone drove it all week ,radio and AC not working Claims is not their problem! it was working when it went into their shop so they have no accountability or responsibility for what happened to my vehicle. If you value your vehicle I would save your money from this establishment. I should’ve known better when I seen how this hole in the wall looked!

This place is a rip off. They charged my card twice and when I caught it and called them, the receptionist told me that my warranty company didn't pay for all the repairs. But when I called they company, they said they did cover the costs except for my deductible. Their receptionist wouldn't listen to me when I was saying the math ain't matching. So now I am filing a dispute with the warranty company to recover my money. Bad business.

I am extremely disappointed and alarmed by my recent 7/31/25 experience with River Town Auto Repair. I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a routine brake service. Instead, I was put in a highly dangerous and potentially life-threatening situation due to the shop’s gross negligence. After picking up my car, I didn’t even make it three miles down the road before two out of four wheels came completely off. I later discovered that the wheels had not been properly tightened—an inexcusable oversight by any automotive repair professional. This incident could have caused a serious accident, and I am thankful no one was hurt. I immediately attempted to call the shop to report what happened, but there was no answer. It was close to their closing time, so I suspect the call was deliberately ignored. Fortunately, I had AAA to tow my now-disabled vehicle back to my residence, where it still sits undrivable. What is even more troubling is the response I received from the owner/manager. I was told, “Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do because the vehicle was test driven after.” This response is not only dismissive but also legally irrelevant. I have all communications, timestamps, and evidence properly documented, and I am currently seeking legal action for negligence and damages. This shop showed a complete lack of accountability, responsibility, and professionalism. I urge anyone considering their services to stay far away. I deeply regret not reading previous reviews before trusting them with my vehicle.

It did have something to do with the shop because after me paying for someone to put in a whole new radio Everything worked perfectly fine. something was done incorrectly within the shop, it was working fine when I brought it there therefore, when I left, it should of still been working fine. Typical for a shop not to try to take responsibility. Of course you need to try to fix the problem. You didn’t do me any favors. That was your job you made the mistake not me. If the bearings were cheap, like you said then why put them on? you are the expert here who has a garage why have me go through all of this and putting on the bearing that I purchased only to tell me that I need to purchase bearings from you. Make that make sense. Nevertheless, everything is working perfectly fine no thanks to you. You don’t ever have to worry about seeing me again and I will make sure to steer anybody away from your horrible shop!
