Expensive and overpriced. Charged me $117 for a $5 part and $150 for a 5 minute job. All in was over $300 for an upper radiator hose which you can do yourself for $50.

Sorry to say...I typically give my 501 Conway Firestone Store glowing recommendations. No concerns about the service. But my 9:00 am appointment required an hour and a half wait before they brought the car into the shop for the 15 minutes of work required. This was a store manager I had never seen before, although I have used this shop for over 8 years. He suggested that 2 hours was a reasonable and expected wait time with a scheduled appointment. I found this to be extremely unsatisfactory customer service. No apologies or explanations were extended. If this person continues to manage this shop, I will not use this Firestone shop again.

I had brakes done by Firestone in Pennsylvania. A short time later (2 months) my brake was overheating I brought it into Firestone in Conway. I was very impressed with Eric on the desk and Nick who set up my appointment and Daryl who took care of the problem. It was a simple adjustment that caused one of my brakes to smoke a little bit they took care of it stood behind it and I am 100% happy with everybody at this Firestone and will definitely come back for needed service.

Poor time and staff management, they will waste your day. Left my vehicle at 11am, was told to come pick it up at 4:30pm, when I came back I see my vehicle with the hood up, I ask how long until it's ready, the guy goes to the back to ask how long it will be, comes out and tells me nothing has been done to it, and they won't have time to get it done today... Then gave me a shoulder shrug, my keys and sent me off... Absolutely disgusting customer service, what a waste of a day.

I brought my car in for what I thought was a repair but really didn't need it . The mechanic was honest and said he wouldnt install something i didn't need . I was relieved and thankful. The rest of the staff including the assistant manager were really nice !

DONT GO TO THIS FIRESTONE!!! DAMAGED MY TIRES, WHEELS, AND LOST A HUB CAP! My steering wheel was shaking so they told me to balance my tires and it would fix the issue. I said okay and they tried to balance them and didn’t do it successfully. So then they said I should get balancing beads and it would fix my issues. I did and still the issue remained. Also, while installing the balancing beads they damaged the sidewalls of two tires and scratched my wheel. Then they said they noticed my LCA is bad and it should get replaced. They tried to upcharge me $2200. I took it to a reputable shop and they didn’t rip me off installed it for $900. After replacing the LCA I still had a shake in the steering wheel and the tires weren’t balanced still. I called and they said the guy that worked on it before wasn’t the best at balancing and I should bring it back in to have them try to fix it. They proceeded to make the issue worse. Kept my truck longer than they said and left my truck unlocked in the parking lot with thousands of equipment inside. They never called when the work was done. Worst of all they lost my hub cap and didn’t even tell me. I let them know my disappointment and asked for them to make it right. They told me I don’t spend enough there and they aren’t willing to do anything but sell me a new set with a small discount. I shouldn’t have to pay for a new set when I have a like new set of firstone tires that they damaged. It is a Liability to take your vehicle to this shop save yourself from a headache and wasted time and go elsewhere.

Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Car was taken into the bay immediately and then waited for 2 HOURS for this service to actually be completed?! Never have I waited 2 hours for these services previously and this is one of the first times I’ve had an actual appointment. Back hatch window glass was open when I finally got it back and they didn’t reset the cars oil gauge. Will be going to Chevy in the future.

Air light is still on. 4 new tires from you. 2 hours to put in. Have gone back for more service at my time and expense. I was told by the tech to go to your competition. He said his equipment is junk and they can help me. I cant believe what I heard from this technician. I have never seen a company that recommended going to their competition. I paid for just four new tires. I would think Firestone since you ha;ve been in business for over a hundred years could at least put four tires on a car. You have all kinds of signs in there about making it right the first time will get it right for you. Even a quote from your founder Harvey Firestone. About service and excellence. Please take those signs down they mean nothing. The staff could care less very lazy attitude and I will never use Firestone again. I know you dont care and you make millions of dollars. But this is one customer that you will not get back. I;m sorry your employees are not a good representation of your company Update. I have never heard back from the complaint. I responded and told them the situation. After the third time of going back. They finally got the light out. However they did not put the stem caps back on and I had to buy four new ones. Supposedly their area manager was supposed to reach out to me. He never did or her. It's a shame. It proves what I said they could care less.

They changed my tires in an emergency situation after a bolt came off a big truck I was following. They were amazing. The only issue is the tire pressure light. I asked the manager before I left. They said I had to drive it 50 miles for it to reset. Issue is it's still on 2 weeks later. Not too happy about that but would I go back? Yes. Would I recommend them to someone else? Yes.

The people working were so sweet and understanding! I am here for college and was nervous to find a place that would look at my car without excessive/unnecessary charges; this was exactly the right place! I explained my issues and they kindly helped to check how it drives and lightly inspected it before determining it could be safe to drive and there wouldn’t be a cost because the issue would’ve been related to an internal transmission service anyways (which they cannot do at this service center). I was left with helpful tips and a suggestion on where to go if I had further troubles!
