We were waiting them for 4 hours to get the part, scamming us for labor which was 1hr and they have charged all 4 due to their incompetence to find the part, not being on time, lying and making excuses for being late. Please avoid this roadside, awful performance.

I have been in this business for 14 years and never have I came across a road side service like this company before. They offered the worst customer service and tried to scam me when they told me one price and then when they went out to do the service they wanted to charge me a different price. Likely I had the whole conversation recorded and on top of all that they didn’t even fix the problem.

Nice customer service but man!!! I was surprised to be charged extra $150 for a mechanic to go to the parts store which was less than 10mins away to look for a spare part. Unfortunately the store didn't have the part but still got charged. I guess they thought to rip ke off because I told them I might not come back for the repairs the next morning. I paid $220 diagnostic fee on top of the $150.

Do not go to this guys for any repairs my fellow truckers. I know 3 people with whom he did the same. This guy is a rip off. Don’t go there he is going to charge very high price and than threatens you that he will not let you go until you pay what i want you to pay. He is a fraud. 3 pumps of grease to the tie rod charged me 128 dollars for 5 mins.
