These guys have come thru time and time again for me. We bring all of our company trucks to them and they just figure it out in a timely manner whatever the issue is. Trusting a mechanic shop these days is tough, given the low quality of service and pushing you towards higher end services, but these guys have always been open and honest with issues we may see in our trucks, and whether or not they need replacing now or to watch for issues in the future, saving us both money and time. Also their oil changes are lower priced than other service stations, which is a Godsend these days where everything costs and arm and a leg.

We're new to the area, drove across the country and we needed oil changes, brought the truck and Outback to Riverside out of convenience and the reviews. Had us in and out fast, with a recommendation for some maintenance on the Outback. Asked for a quote via voicemail and after an hour and a few texts back and forth I had a quote (way lower than expected) and an appointment for new front ball joints and an engine mount. Dropped the car off in the morning and had it back by early afternoon day of service. One extra part needed replacing but, Josh was upfront in the quoting process that this may happen with engine mounts so it was expected. It was still an extremely reasonable price and the Outback runs better than it ever has since we bought it. Francesca is super nice too! She even recommended what to order at the diner one block over while we waited. While you don't really ever want to deal with a mechanic, Riverside is doing it right. They're reasonable, thorough, knowledgeable, and above all, honest. Can't recommend them enough.

If I'm being Honest Josh & Francesca are by far the perfect Team and always super friendly and get the job done 💯 right!!! I can promise my husband & I will never go anywhere else . I'm so happy that we were lucky enough to come across them! I would definitely recommend for all work on yr vehicles. They also have one of the nicest & cleanest set ups for their customers to sit and wait and offer drinks & snacks & if yr lucky enough to be greeted by their fur baby OLIVIA ( doggy 😉)

Went here for the first time since it is conveniently located near my house. The owner and wife took time to answer my questions, send multiple quotes and make sure that I was happy as a customer. They completed the project under budget - even doing extra work! Very honest and transparent and don't push extra work on you - exactly what you want from a mechanic. Very happy to find a nice place to go to with nice people that you can trust. Will definitely be a repeat customer! Josh & Francesca took time to answer a lot of questions I had about future work as well and gave great advice. Really appreciate the time and information!!!

Brought my car here on a friend’s recommendation and although it was beyond repair, Jake and the crew did a great job working on it and keeping me informed about what was going on. Then they sold me a used car to replace it, for a fair price and an extremely easy process. Since then they’ve really gone above and beyond making sure the car is in good running order without charging me, and answering questions at all hours! What stands out the most for be, aside from the over-the-top work ethic, is the way Jake explains what’s going on with the car and what he’s doing. I’m not much of a mechanic, but I like to know what’s happening and I don’t like being talked down to; Jake hits that sweet spot of being clear and informative without leaving me confused by technical terms. I definitely recommend this shop for repairs and secondhand sales.

Went to Riverside Auto through a recommendation on the Greece Neighborhood page and am so glad I did! I’ve only ever used the dealership since buying my Subaru a few years ago and when my check engine light came on this morning I was worried it was going to be a big ticket item at the dealer. I stopped by Riverside Auto instead and within 10 min they checked the car, walked me through what was causing the light to come on and how to prevent it, cleared the code, and made sure everything was all set for state inspection in a couple weeks. I will 100% be using them for any of my car needs going forward. Amazing customer service and knowledgeable about the issue. Thank you so much!
