Generally take my ambulances there for Aircondition and general repairs. They fully cooperate with regards to giving me estimates prior to and during repairs. They cooperate too with awaiting repair approvals. They dont just do repairs and then charge you. My cintact person Jose, is amiable and responds to any text messages or phone calls, either immediately or within a day. Most recently, I had an A/C issue. When I asked for help on the phone, he did not hesitate in responding, explaining what needed to be done, instead of saying bring it on. It was much appreciated and the repair was successful.

Jose and RJ auto one repair are top notch! Jose is customer focused, knowledgeable, and when interacting with him you feel like you are talking to someone who understands and cares about your needs! Rare to find these days. I had a 2018 Honda Civic that flooded on the passenger side back floor board. I called about 7 repair shops in the Jersey City area trying to figure out what could have caused it. There were only 2 that had an idea and have ever dealt with it. Jose was the ONLY ONE that spent about 10-15 minutes with me on the phone trying to explain likely causes and solutions to the problem. My mind was made up, I was going to him. When I brought the car to his shop the following week, he advised what could have caused the flooding. To make a very long story short - because of the trust he helped build up i decided to use his services. My parts were ordered within 1 day and the car fixed the same week. The work was performed flawlessly and quickly. If you have any doubts about going to Jose and his team - don’t. I have never received this much care and attention to a multitude of car issues in my life. Jose is a rare breed.

Rich and Alberto works like a team should. They were very knowledgeable on their work and spotted few things my 92 4runner had from being old. I asked other mechanics shops in the area about few things and were not that interested in working on a gold gem from the 1992. Rich was very happy to work on my truck, he actually loved it. I will definitely bring other cars to this shop for future work as they basically do everything especially Electrical work on cars which mostly no mechanics around do that. Thanks!

Honestly best car shop, and I never write reviews but had to considering all the car problems I’ve had elsewhere.. in the NJ / NY area it’s difficult to find a reliable shop to take your car to. Jose is upfront, and keeps to his word. Very reasonable prices as well.. they were even able to diagnose problems the dealership couldn’t.

I trust these guys to do honest good work at a fair price! I like to work on my own cars. Which means a lot of trips to Autozone and buying parts that don't end up fitting right. When I don't feel like dealing with all that, I trust Jose and Luis to take care of things. Jose is a pleasure to talk to. He's very communicative and knowledgeable about he does. Took my bmw x5 took couple of days to diagnose the issue , but they did find it and repaired something that 2 prior shops including bmw dealership couldn’t figure it out so 5++ stars , Jose and Alex are the best
