Third time is a charm. Had issues with my car. Took it to other mechanics. First one had no clue how to fix problem. Second mechanic wanted an arm and a leg to fix problem. Then found this plce on yellow pages. My car was fixed and only cost me a fraction of what was quoted by second mechanic.

I am seriously undermining the integrity of this "business" My dad took his truck in because it wouldn't start. He does not speak very good english and I am starting to wonder if he was taken advantage of just because of that.The person who worked on it, replaced the starter and it would start but not run properly. It would start and idle very roughly, and they suggested replacing the spark plugs which they did. That didn't help. That alone was $900. AND THE TRUCK WAS STILL NOT RUNNING PROPERLY. He then suggested that we replace the throttle body since the "throttle body service" did not help. That quote was another $600. My dad could not afford it so he took it back to home. I called in and talked to the person who worked on it and he said all he needs is a throttle body and that will fix it. I got the throttle body replaced by a real professional. The car still acted the same way. So we got to troubleshooting the problem a little bit further. We ran a diagnostics scan and some data showed, but most did not which was a little weird. We removed the PCM/ECM (computer) and and checked the wiring....all looked good. It turns out the FUSE for the PCM/ECM WAS IN THE WRONG PLACE. We put that fuse back to it's CORRECT position, and the truck turned on fine with no problems. And as soon as I remove that fuse it would act up again. I think this was a serious scam, and no one should ever conduct business like this. Again, seriously undermining the integrity of this business because I do not know if the fuse was misplaced on purpose or not. Either way, he was not able to fix it without any more money. This should have been corrected by him. Lots of wasted time trying to figure out what the actual problem was. I replaced the throttle body which should have fixed it (he told me personally on the phone), and it turns out to be a fuse after a couple hours of troubleshooting. Thanks...

Every time I needed maintenance, either known or all of a sudden, RM Automotive has always taken care of my car's needs in a timely manner. Granted I never had any dire repairs needed, like a transmission replacement, but every experience has always been very positive. The owner and his crew know what they're doing and they do it well.

I’ve been here multiple times Really great experience ,first times was maintenance then I broke something in truck They were recommended by my old work lead Recently my truck had a check engine light as I was showing it to a potential buyer From what the codes showed it was looking like a $4k+ job(diesel truck) , so took it in for a diagnosis Talk about honesty and professionalism These guys figured out it was something else and fixed the issue It’s hard to find honest trustworthy mechanics so if you’re looking for some Come here The only mechanics I trust my cars and trucks with Almost forgot to mention Pretty much just charged me diagnostic fee to fix issue These guys are the best

Do not come here. They are either scammers or idiots. Drove my truck in with check engine light. He said they could fix lifter issue for $1900. Took engine apart and said cam came apart and I need another engine. Per other mechanics they could have diagnosed it before taking it apart. But they wanted me on the hook. They made me pay $900 just to tow my truck away with engine not even put together.
