I was on a road trip last summer when my trailer brakes started failing intermittently. A different shop had my trailer for an entire day and couldn't figure it out. Richard and his team figured out the issue within an hour or two and had me fixed up by the afternoon, with much of that time waiting for parts to be delivered. The 5-star review isn't just because of the skills Richard and team have, but also for the way my family and I were treated. We were treated with honesty, empathy and fairness. I would recommend them to anyone.

I brought my RV in to have repairs done in January. Robert and the rest of the team are professional and it's clear to me that they take great pride in their business, their customers and their reputation. Although my repairs took 6 months because of the pandemic as the warehouse was shut down and they could not get the parts shipped, they kept me informed with regular updates and were honest with answers to my questions. I now have my RV back and it looks amazing. Beautiful work and now I'm back on the road thanks to RM's! I highly recommend this shop.

These guys are very busy for good reason. Though they were too booked out to accept anything same day the main man himself went far above and beyond in trying to educate and equip me with everything i need to know to set me on the path to being able to help myself in the meantime. Absolutely Ace customer service and care!! I'll sing these guys' praises to anybody looking for RV/trailer repair and they're the only place I'm going if i ever need work done on my RV. Gave them a call about our fifth wheels acs that weren’t working, spoke to Robert and from the beginning he was super knowledgeable, informative and knew what he was talking about and made us feel comfortable. Once we went in they made quick work with our rig and were super welcoming and nice. Fair pricing and work was done well. If we could give RM’s Rv more than a 5 star rating, we would. We were on our way to Oregon when our leaf spring broke. Robert was kind enough to take care of our trailer. Robert saved our vacation when the toilet in our rental RV broke on day 1. He went out of his way to find a new one and picked it up so it was ready to be installed as soon as I got there. The installation was done very quickly and properly. From the time I pulled until I left was ~ 1 hour. Thanks to the team at RM's we were able to get back on track and enjoy the rest of our time worry free.

We had an electrical problem while we were traveling and these folks worked us in immediately, tracked down the problem and got us back on the road. It took a few days for parts to arrive and there is a really nice RV park just three blocks away....so we didn't suffer. Edit for the owner: The "repair" was done 6/14/21. I recently found the receipt so that's why I was finally able to find your name and come leave the review. I do not have the wrong business Very dishonest. Having bought my first RV, the generator wasn't working while I was on the road, I stopped by Rm's for a diagnosis. They didn't even bother giving me a diagnosis, instead right away replaced a single bolt on the generator and automatically charged me their minimum $130. Telling me the generator didn't start because the threads on the grounding bolt were worn out. I later found out that a complete lie. The reason the generator wasn't starting is because I had to have the RV running to give enough power for the generator to start. I didn't know that, being my first RV, they knew they couldn't charge me for that, so they made up a random reason, took 10 seconds to replace the ground bolt and charged me $130. AVOID this place unless you have money to waste

We brought our travel trailer to RM in August 2024 with a list of 13 repair items covered under factory warranty. After months went by and no word we heard in Dec NOTHING had been done yet!!! Robert is the king of excuses why he doesn’t get work done ie the holidays, too many repairs, lost a guy etc. Finally several more months passed and no results. Robert was working with the manufacturer that denied many of his claims, including diagnostic fees. So Robert tried to make us pay his ridiculous $1,400 diagnostic fees on a factory warranty job. We refused! Finally picked it up 7 months later with 3 items fixed! Maybe would have taken him one days labor. I don’t recommend RM to anyone. We have since met other RV owners that had the same bad experience.

Massive shout out to Rob, Richard and the crew at RM's RV. I got stuck with an A/C problem on my brand new van this week. I'm on a multi week trip and I was planning on spending the next week in the desert. The guys were able to squeeze me in next day for an emergency appointment and had me up and running, back on the road in an hour! A super nice team, great location and setup. They were very kind, thoroughly knowledgeable and professional. Not to mention *extremely* reasonably priced in this day and age. Thank a bunch guys :-)

Couple of months ago, I purchased a motorhome from an auction in Bakersfield which needed to be diagnosed and repaired because it was not starting. Danny was very nice and helpful and said that I can arranged to have it towed to the new facility they moved into and he will take care of it once they fix the ones ahead of mine. This rv repair facility was the only shop in town who wanted to service the motorhome because it is an older one. The fuel pump was bad and also the fuel system needed to be serviced. They have done a great job and took care of the problem. I highly recommend this place!

My travel trailer had been sitting in my back yard for at least 10 years and I was looking for someone to get it road ready again. RM's was recommended to me by someone and I contacted them. Because the trailer had been sitting for so long they came out and changed the tires right in front of my house before towing it to their shop. They resurfaced the roof, replaced the ac, brakes, batteries, propane tanks and connections as well as a few other things that needed to be done. When I got it back it looked like new! I took it for a short trip to the coast and found a couple of other small issues that needed to be checked out and took it back to them to have it done. While I had it there I decided to have them put solar on it as well. They have been amazing to deal with. Always helpful and make you feel like a friend as much as a client. I would highly recommend them and will use them any time I need anything done on my trailer or any other RV I might get. Some before and after photos.
