I have been to the dealer for service before, with different vehicles I have had. Experience is usually on the good side, even when I had to change a windshield and they dealt with the insurance company and everything was smooth. But when things are bad, we also have to address that. I can understand that no two days are the same, but, if I make an appointment for 10 am and I get there early I expect some reasonable time. Not 5 hours!!! What is the point in making an appointment then? I got to the dealership at 945am and did not leave until 3pm. Now, I get my vehicle had a recall, but the vehicle was parked outside for nearly 3 1/2 hours. Thats 3 1/2 hours after my appointment. Then it was parked in the lift for another 45 minutes before they started working in it. So the process took 30-45 minutes. When I gave the keys to Mr. Jean Cilien, I told him I was there for an oil change and a tire rotation. After the 5 hours I asked him if they had rotated the tires, because at no point were the tires removed from the vehicle. He said yes, that the tires were rotated on the vehicle. I paid for the services and noticed that the tire rotation was not on the receipt. Before he handed me my keys I asked him again if the tires were rotated, if they were or not, I wanted to know because I had asked him for them to be rotated. At that point he asked the mechanic that worked on the vehicle and he stated no. So not only did I spent 5 hours, I have Mr. Cilien that lies to clients in their face. It is unacceptable, to first have to be there for 5 hours and then get lied to. I have been there before, 2 hours I can understand, but 5 hours and not get all the work done, and apart from that then get lied too, is to much. I really don’t think im going back to your dealership to get anything else done. I rather pay another location that values their customers and respects my time.

Rodrigo Martinez was phenomenal. I recently had the privilege of working with Rob Lambdin’s University Dodge to buy a new RAM 1500 Truck. My sales person Carlos Torres is one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with in my car buying life experience. As soon as I sent a message asking for info about the vehicle I was interested in Carlos reached out to me. He was always communicating with me, sending me pictures and answering all my questions in very timely manner. I live in another city in Florida but Carlos assured that I could confidently travel to South Florida to check out the vehicle. When I arrived he was there ready to greet me. We test drove the vehicle and he answered every question that I had and provided me with all the printed information regarding the vehicle. Price negotiation was absolutely pressure free. There was no unnecessary back and forth negotiating. Price was absolutely fair for my trade in and fair for the vehicle I was interested in. Finding financing was done very quickly. I will definately return to Rob Lambdin for future car purchases. But most definitely will be asking for Carlos!

I purchased a new 2025 Ram 1500 Big Horn. Overall, the deal went well and I’m satisfied with the vehicle. The price was good, and the paperwork was handled quickly and without issues. However, there is one “but.” When buying the truck, I was told I could choose a small bonus — either side steps to make it easier to get into the vehicle, or a plastic bed liner. I chose the side steps. Later, I found out that side steps already come standard with my trim from the factory. In other words, I was misled. Aside from that, the truck is great and I’m happy with my purchase. But because of this situation, I don’t plan to buy another vehicle from this dealership, even though I had initially planned to get my first vehicle for myself and the next one for my company. Be careful. Don’t take their word for it — verify everything so you don’t end up being deceived.

I purchased a 2024 dodge ram 3500 diesel approximately 1 1/2 ago. Both batteries went dead. Upon inspection, i found batteries that were manufactured in 2013, making it more than 10 years old at the time. This dealership refuses to take responsibility and taking care of my batteries. I had to buy 2 new truck batteries out of my pocket after only having the truck on the road only 1 1/2 years. There is no customer service here. No manager on site never. Dont buy from here!🚫

2024 Ram 2500 6.7 Laramie - I had a very good experience no haggling straight forward they worked with me to get the best deal on financing and made it work. Literally home of the no bull deal!
