Bought a pick up truck out of Iowa. Unit had body damage and severe rust damage. Not being familiar with rust I soon discovered no body shop would touch it. They all said “Rust is like a cancer “. Seemed to be a canned phrase. My last call was to Roberts Body Shop. Frank advised me what it would take to “properly” repair the unit. He was very detailed and offered a solution for every issue. Gave me a reasonable price, a completion date, and worked with me through every phase. His work is fantastic and he is a man of his word. Frank takes pride in all his work and it definitely shows. I got in a pretty severe “fender bender” that ended up causing my car to break down. After searching and searching, I found Robert’s Classic, read the reviews, and decided to use them. I have NEVER, I repeat NEVER, had such a good experience with any auto shop. Frank took his time, made sure it was absolutely perfect, patiently worked with the (pain in the you-know-what) insurance company, and communicated with me constantly throughout the process. Every time I called and said my name, he immediately knew who I was and updated me. My car was NOT an easy project. I got it back today and let me tell you, it looks BRAND. SPANKIN. NEW.
