Called Paul on Wednesday before closing told him my issue and he told me to bring it Thursday (next day). Finding the location was easy and I picked the right time and day because it wasn’t a wait for him to get started on my vehicle . I like that he takes the time to show and e plain to you everything that needs to be repaired or even to let you know to keep in mind it might need repairing soon . He did a ton of work for me in about 3 hrs which I think is EXCELLENT.. everyone here is pleasant and the customer service is AWESOME!!! I highly recommend!!! I will be returning .. prices are fair and affordable !

It is an honor to say that I have been to Rockland Auto Repair shop in Philly. The owner, Paul made me feel like What I was saying about my car was important to him even though he’s the mechanic. He listened to what I had to say and I could tell that he was concerned about how I was worried about my 2018 Ford fusion. Paul and all of his mechanics were very nice to me. They did a great job no matter how many times I came back to say I think I hear this or I think it’s this They listened. They checked everything for me and made me feel that my car is going to be OK. Now that my car is riding smooth, I can travel for work at ease. I would recommend Rockland auto shop to everyone that I know it doesn’t matter that I traveled from Jersey just to see if they could do the job. I am very pleased with the service, and I have to say as I came to the shop maybe two or three times with concerns They always put me at ease but what I noticed most and this is so true. I really feel that Paul loves the community. I feel that Paul is concerned about people and their vehicles and fixing them. For me not to know this Mechanic but have seen enough to feel like his character, which reminds me of myself, “giving service to others” and it is coming from the heart. I have been coming to Paul since 2018. He is definitely the only person I trust with my car and not to scam because I’m a woman. Understand he is busy with not many staff so I always get two opinions on the problem prior to going to him so that I already have the parts and know the issue, all he has to do is fix it. The only complaint is not having mechanics that can directly relay the message to me due to language barriers. I definitely understand wanting to keep a family business but there are a lot of experienced mechanics that could help out and allow you to accept more clients in a day. Overall great mechanic!

Found out from another mechanic I needed new rear brakes and rotors, but their estimate seemed high. I was referred to Rockland by my father in law, and I gotta say I’m impressed. Upon calling, gave me a quick quote on the phone which was much cheaper, and they started work on my car promptly. I was able to wait, and was in and out in about an hour-hour and a half, and was driving smoothly from there. I think I have a new mechanic my wife and I will be going to. Great service and people, and the owner Paul is honest and works with you. I would highly recommend.

I honestly don't know where to begin. I have been coming to Rockland Auto Repair for the past 17 year's and I couldn't be more happy. Paul and his staff are absolutely amazing. I have never had the same thing fixed twice under my hood. His prices are affordable. His customer service is 💯. And let's not forget about Chris. She is so knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve been here quite a few times and usually it’s been on a whim. He and his team are professional and THOROUGH from diagnosis to repair plan and pricing. At one visit he even pointed out blatant errors by a previous mechanic for me. They are trustworthy and I highly recommend this shop to anyone, especially in the north east area.
