First off, this review is way overdue. What an awesome, professional shop! My wife and I were traveling from Schenectady New York to Black River Falls , WI. Started experiencing front end problems on My 08 GMC Sierra. By the time I rolled into Bristol the right front wheel was ready to fall off. Though he was booked, Ryan checked out my truck, pushed back some other repairs and in under 5 hours had us back on the road, at about 50% less than if I had the work done in NY! This young family man was honest, professional and saved my trip to see some old Navy friends! Thank you so very much!

I took my vehicle here with some long-standing issues with my vehicle. Oil was essentially spraying all over the engine, and I was convinced that it was a gasket or maybe even a crack. I told Ryan about the issue- he (politely) refused to do the more expensive repair until he tried a much MUCH cheaper fix, which ended up just being a faulty gas cap at the end of it all. I could have easily blindly paid ten times the amount for a misdiagnosed solution, but these guys are honest and know exactly what they're doing. Ryan took the time to show me exactly what was actually going on at the root of the issue. I was expecting a headache throughout a drawn-out process, but the team seems both hard-working and interpersonally easy-going. They definitely have my business going forward, and I've told everyone at my work about my experience. BIG thank-you to the entire team there. It's a huge deal to have a business full of people that you can trust.

Ryan was very helpful in trying to solve our car’s problem. We had never used him before because we typically go to a mechanic in Mishawaka. However, because we had to tow our car we chose rodgers as it was closer. Ryan tried his best to diagnose our issue but it ended up being an electrical/CPU issue with our Honda cr-v. I will say it seems like Ryan is a one man show so our car was in his shop about a week before we towed it to Honda. However, Ryan didn’t charge us for any of the work he did which was really kind of him. Based on this limited experience I would recommend this place.

I can not say enough good things about this place and Ryan. They have gone above and beyond for me. They didn't over charge me or do things that were not needed. They made sure my car was safe for me to drive. They fixed things that were supposed to be fixed by another place previously. I will definitely take all my car repairs to them. Called 4 times within the last week to see if I could tow my vehicle to them for repair. Each time they said they didn't have room for it yet and that the next day the probably would. Now it's been a full week and they say maybe next week. I now have been without a vehicle for an extra week. I had come here and the past and didn't have issues but this was a huge frustration.

It's hard to find people you can trust. Ryan is definitely someone I can trust. He has never over-charged or fixed something that didn't need it. He has actually told me when repairs wouldn't be worth it. He is super hard working and kind. I can not recommend him enough!
