Excellent and thorough service, from 1st phone call for estimate, during 1st estimate appt, mechanic also noticed a nail in my tire & when I picked my car up they had the ac on for me as it was a hot day. Actual repair took longer than they anticipated but communication was superb about why and how long it would take. Honest, friendly and reasonable priced!

Roesbery car care definitely took care of me, especially Mila and John. First, they are one of the only shops around that is open on a Saturday. They were able to squeeze me in on a next day Saturday appointment for a pre-sale car inspection when I called Friday. Then day of, they waited around on Christmas Eve for me to arrive, even on a tight schedule. They were friendly, attentive and caught things on the inspection, especially with aftermarket components. They definitely took care of me and I will be back for services for my vehicle.

My sons car developed a mid-fire on his 2016 dodge neon, also had an ABS sensor wire ripped off after having a rear tire blowout. Communication from the office clerk was great in the process. They clued me in to the price changes along the way and the repair costs never changed at the final payment which I appreciated. I’ve had a good experience with them, personally. My stepsons car, however, we are still experiencing a dead battery issue after 1000’s spent on this as well as other unrelated necessary repairs. I think he may have a small parasitic draw on one of the circuits. Not necessarily a fault of Roesbery. He’s reluctant at taking it back because it’s been so discouraging to him. Overall, I have no problems taking any of my cars here. Great reviews, too.

I've lived in the area for most of my life snd Roesbery is the most honest/straightforward mechanic I've ever dealt with. Example: Audi tried to charge me 600$ to replace a front headlamp... I took the part to Roesbery, the popped the headlight in and charged me 20$... If you live in the area they should be your mechanic!

My wife and I went here to get our motor mounts replaced a few months ago and they were great Mila at the front desk was so helpful and made us feel very comfortable, she was super friendly and really knew what she was talking about. The service was prompt and they even offered to give us a ride home so we didn’t have to walk, and most importantly our car is running great now. over all 10/10 experience. Got an old highlander with 175K miles on it. Visited the dealership for a recall and they said both my front control arms needs replacement and wanted to $XXX plus. Went to Roesbery and Mila quoted me a little over half the price (just labor had to bring my own part) including alignment and smog check. Eventhough they were very busy, was able to accomodate me and was scheduled after a couple of days. On the day of the repair, initially they said 8 hours and got it done in half the time. I will eventually come back for any major repairs and will definitely recommend.

I would have appreciated better communication. They had my car for two weeks and were not responsive to my inquiries regarding the fix. While removing the dashboard they broke part of it. The issue I came in for was fixed, so I’m happy for that, but better communication would be appreciated.

They squeezed me in and worked on the issue so that I could drive home. I was so pleased with their work and their professional and friendly customer service.
