Impeccable work and amazing costumer service. I have used them twice for body work and once it was because I was hit by a snow plow. After my car was repaired you couldn't tell that any damage had ever happened. I would highly reccomend them.

I went to get the hood of my car replaced. I went to Roman's because of the good reviews which was a huge mistake. When I got there I had to call the manager just to give me directions of where to park which was a back alley filled with pot holes and a grave yard of other cars. They had so many cars waiting to be worked on that i had to change my parking spot 3 times as they played shuffle board with all of them. Finally got to speak to a mechanic and he quoted us for $600 in cash only. As he's explaining his process a man comes up to sell him stolen tide pods and he accepts it. So then they order my parts and have me come back in when it got there only for the part to be for the wrong car. They said they would order the right parts and call me back. They never did. I tried to call them and suddenly they forgot I had ever visited them. I would highly recommend going anywhere else.

I needed a estaminet for damage to my truck to turn into insurance after I was hit and put off twice by adjusters so decided to stop in and ask.Roman invited me in and informed me of the 10 doller refundable charge witch I felt was very fair for his time and had a print out with excellent price in a few minutes. Great guy and employees! could have spent the whole day talking to him and definitely will refer him and be taking my truck here when ready.

I can not recommend Romans enough, and I feel lucky to have found this gem in Indianapolis! I had a sizeable scuff on my door and was told it would be ~$800 to repair by other vendors. Roman did it in a day for much, much less than that, and was so friendly and honest. What a great service!

04/08/2018 Overall Expertise Professionalism Promptness I had a very positive experience with Romans Quality Touch Auto Body and paint. I was hit on the passengers side and the insurance allowed me to choose the body shop of my choice. Romans was referred to me as a quality minority business with competitive pricing and I took my car to them. They were able to take my car in on that day with a promise of completion within three days. Roman took me to Enterprise to pick up a rental car and he stayed in contact throughout the process. These guys were so polite and professional and they made sure I was properly taken care of. From this day forward, they will always receive my business and I will give them glowing references. Additionally, we discovered that I was friends with Romans mother and i had known him since he was only two years. He was certainly raised right.

I had some body work done there and have never regretted it. They were professional, very upfront with all the work and prices. I've referred anyone that's had any body work needs. I went back there a week ago and needed some mechanical work done and they told me they don't do any of that, but had referred me to a place that did! Their work and people are solid! Thank you!

So we took our Dodge Charger here needing a back bumper painted matched to the vehicle after having a spiel said to us about how they do good work and will be able to paint match it with no problem and have it look nice. the price for just the bumper was a little high, but we went them anyway because we went off reviews and what the owner Roman was saying. Then he mentioned after quoting $425 for JUST the bumper painted he said another $350 for blending in. We knew to at from the get go. Which is ridiculous 800 for a bumper? Come on now. We get the car back okor is not the same, big difference and multiple mess ups in multiple spots, even a scratch on our FENDER that was just freshly painted by another business. We bring the car back saying there was mess ups pointing them out and the owner Roman said he’s a simple man and would fix it. We bring the car back up there at 8 am. The car was sitting there from 8-3:30 with NO call from them until I called at that time. He proceeds to say he can pretty much either fix the mess ups but the color still won’t match or give us 200 out of all the money we paid and not fix ANYTHING his shop did wrong and that $200 was pretty much sufficient enough for us which is not. It’s not good customer service. The owner is nice but he tries to go around things turn things around and should’ve been straightforward from the beginning if he couldn’t get the color match correctly. Overall wouldn’t recommend based off our experience regardless of the reviews or who owns the business. Cheap paint job and looks amateurish.

WARNING!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT GREAT SERVICE!!! I am filing a formal compliment specifically about Roman. Just when I was about to give up all hope on my car that was rear ended, I was introduced to Roman. I am so happy that I almost Sang Ster Spangled Banner because that car is still running and look GREAT. I am so happy that I will bring my other car here because I know he will make her look pretty.
