I don't know how many people managed to Love an Autocare shop but I've managed to. Founded by Ron Archer and run by his son, Ron archers Auto Care has taken care of my car as well as my husband's car for a few years now. They are honest and reliable and will admit if they cannot repair something on your car and refer you to someone who can. I actually came to them after a reference from my best friend and my sister. I think that word of mouth is how they get most of their business and they're always busy. Even though they're always busy you can trust that you'll get your car back very quickly and in good condition. The only downside is that they do not have any loaner cars for you if you have to leave your car overnight.

Driving from Conway, AR to Nashville, TN we started experiencing severe vibrating of our vehicle. We stopped at the nearest mechanic we found via Google and after a diagnostic, we were quoted $2,600 worth of repairs. I called Archer's who agreed to give me a second opinion (although they previously said they were totally booked up). Luke Archer looked at our vehicle and let us know we were misquoted and only needed a rear tire which saved us from thousands in unneeded repairs. Thank you Mr. Luke for assisting us in our time of need and being so honest. He even called later that day to follow up with me to make sure we were taken care of. What excellent customer service!!!

I took my 1999 CRV here with an engine idling problem (pretty notorious problem for this year). They worked on it for 5-6 hours replacing parts and trying different things that typically cause this. It turned out the computer/PCM probably needs reprogrammed by a dealership so they weren’t able to fix it.. they sent it home with no charge at all. I even tried to tip and wouldn’t let me. I had experience with multiple guys in there and they are some of the nicest people. They have my business in the future. Thank you all

The best! Car repairs are usually expensive and stressful but with Archers you can be assured of competence and honesty.Have had many experiences with dealerships and small shops but have never felt more comfortable. Very busy but to be expected when you offer service this good . May have to wait a while but good things come to those who wait. There are very few places left with this kind of service.

I can't thank Mr. Luke enough. I live in KY and was visiting my son in Memphis when my car unexpectly just stopped on me one morning. I got it started again and my son called Mr. Luke and explained the situation. He said to bring it in the morning. By that afternoon he had worked his magic and we picked it up and he did not charge me! I was not expecting that at all! My car is running great! Thank you so much. You went above and beyond.

These people fleeced my Aunt out of thousand of dollars in car repair fees while fixing nothing. They should be ashamed of themselves. This is a prime example of why you should ALWAYS have your car serviced where you purchased it, you may pay more upfront but in the end your car will run and still have genuine parts. So, if you want to end up with empty pockets and a broken down car this is your place.

Very easygoing, honest and affordable. I took my car in for new brakes before 8am (I’d called a couple of days ahead) and had it back just after lunchtime.
