Contacted Marco a couple of months ago for a diagnostic on my truck and he came right out and was very knowledgeable and honest with what needed to be done and also quoted me a good and fair price. Most recently I contacted him again to repair some things on my truck and he came out the same day and they took care of business efficiently and didnt overcharge me. I’ve had a lot of problems with mobile mechanics not being reliable or unresponsive when I try to contact them and there were a couple of times when I tried to contact Marco and he didn’t answer or reply but I won’t remove a star for those times because I know they are busy so I just tried again another day. I’m sure he’s not the type of mechanic that will ignore you on purpose unless customers are rude or really doesn’t want to pay, but there are mechanics like that for some reason, forgetting that they represent their business and should want only positive things said about their business. I recommend Maldonado mobile mechanics to anybody that needs work done to your vehicle!

The convenience of Maldonado Mobile Mechanic was incredible since we were ready to start on a road trip in our RV and the cab AC stopped working before we left. We thought we'd have to cancel our trip because we didn't have time to take it to a repair garage and wait all day. They arrived within 30 minutes of my call and the mechanic found the problem within minutes after starting the engine: a broken AC blower motor. They left to get a new blower and returned to install it, all within an hour. Their charge was very reasonable and their work excellent.

My husband, my father and I were leaving a business to travel several hours away. We had traveled 8 hours already. When we got ready to leave our car would not start. I called and they responded immediately. They were able to help diagnose and repair my car. It needed a new alternator and they were able to repair it on the spot. We were stranded being from out of town and no time to wait for an opening at a shop. They worked quickly and in the heat. We are extremely grateful they answered, were quick, knowledgeable and did great work!

I wasn’t able to get into my regular mechanic for a week and needed my vehicle repaired sooner. I called 4 different mobile mechanics and left messages. I received a call back from Maldonado’s within 30 minutes. I was scheduled for the next morning. They arrived on time, listened to my issues, diagnosed what was actually going on and advised about another issue they discovered that would cause more issues if not addressed. They were extremely fair with pricing, advised me via text when they were on their way, explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need. They saved me time, worry and lots of money by not trying to sell me repairs that I did not need. I truly appreciate the fact that they did not try to talk down to me or take advantage of the situation since I am a female(unfortunately, I have had this happen with others). They are WONDERFUL! Highly recommend!

I booked this company for tune up, and oil leak repair. After the services were complete I noticed that windshield wiper on the passenger side wasn’t working and kept getting stuck. This caused me to check under the hood of my car. I found that the engine cover was not placed back on, instead it was just sitting on crooked. Also the windshield seal/battery cover was not on properly and it caused my windshield wiper to consistently get stuck underneath. In order to take the battery cover off you have to unscrew the windshield wipers. I informed Marco that there were issues with my service. He said that he would come and fix them. This has kept being pushed back and he has now ghosted me. After several calls and text I had no choice but to leave a review so others don’t experience the same issue.I will insert the pictures that I sent off to him as well. Update my car still has an oil leak. Paid $834 for nothing. Scam?

Really stuck between good and bad simply because after service was complete came across an issue that was related to the service provided and no response from Juan. I stop by their shop at 959 Dillsworth and still no response. So I have an inspection Monday before I can say what occurred but if its thier fault SMALL CLAIMS COURT because if I hadn't caught it could've damage my engine.
