Outstanding job on my 4 wheel alignment. Completed on time at a very fair price. They provided a chart that showed how much the front and rear were out of spec and what each wheel was corrected to. Nice trustworthy people and did I mention what a fair price. I highly recommend this facility.

The level of customer service I have received here is unparalleled. Not only did they perform a test for far cheaper than what the dealership would perform it, they found issues that the dealership missed. When the original solution to my check engine light did not fix the problem. They continue to look at my car to find the problem (and fix it) at no extra cost to me. The level of ethics here is something far beyond you would ever expect at a car shop. Truly phenomenal work, phenomenal commitment to making sure the customer is safe, and absolutely endless kindness from every employee. The level of transparency is truly what makes such a trustworthy shop. They also drove me back-and-forth to my apartment whenever I needed to drop the car off for any additional work. This is absolutely my go to car place for any issues. Previously they had helped me replace two tires, and patch another one for all the various tires I’ve gotten around the city of Memphis – if you know, you know. all services I have received here happen, extremely timely, and they’ve kept me completely updated with everything they’re doing.

These guys are fabulous. They aligned our camper. Prices are reasonable and service is so very good. I’m switching from the car dealers who have cheated me for last time to this place that seems trustworthy. I left my cup and he called us so I could come get it. I will need two new tires soon. I arrived at around 830 and was told it be a day or two before they could get to the diagnostic test for engine light. Got.a call the next day stating the findings & (evap leak) since I had replaced gas cap they cleaned intake valve & test drove the vehicle. No engine light. Truck running great and advised to bring it back at no charge if the light reappear.

If I could give Winchester Tire and Alignment 1,000 stars, I would! I originally found them on TikTok after dealing with a frustrating experience at my dealership (CH-Toyota). My car had been making a constant squealing noise, and the dealership charged me $170 just to tell me I needed new struts and an alignment, totaling over $1,300! Something about that didn’t sit right, so I decided to get a second opinion. That’s when I called Winchester Tire and Alignment. From the very first call, they were kind, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They got me scheduled quickly, listened carefully to what I was experiencing, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue. Come to find out, it wasn’t the struts at all. It was a brake issue! Karl and his team were AMAZING. They worked diligently, communicated with me every step of the way, and most importantly, they were honest. No upselling, no scare tactics, just real integrity and a commitment to doing right by their customers. Thanks to them, I avoided an unnecessary $1,300 repair, and I’ve found a shop I can trust for the long haul. I will gladly recommend Winchester Tire and Alignment to anyone who will listen. I would love to give a special thanks to Karl and his technicians for going above and beyond! Honest, hardworking, thorough, and reliable, this is how every auto shop should be!

Okay. So let me start off by saying that I will never be more satisfied with such a great professional service. I have an 03 Buick Regal GS that I bought in Nov 2018. I was working so much that I never had a chance to really drive it. Drove it and to my surprise it stalls out. More than once too. Change plugs, wires, and some other shop told me my battery was bad. So, new battery. Still stalling though. Ugghh! So 2 shops later and no luck. Finally. Finally called Winchester Tire and Alignment. They had it towed to their shop. Called me and asked me questions about it. I loved that. Listening to me. Gave me a call a few days later with a "TRUE" diagnosis of my problematic 03 Regal GS. Quoted me a price, which was reasonable. Next day she's back at home. No more than a week. I'm impressed. They deserve 10 stars if you ask me. You pay for the best. And that's what I got...btw she's been handling beautifully since you guys laid hands on her. Look at her now!!

10 stars! There is a reason why this place has such high reviews. My wheel came off while traveling from Texas - I was driving from Arkansas towards Memphis and had to be towed into Memphis. I started calling shops to see if I could find anyone that could fit it in quickly, and a different shop recommended Winchester Tire, and when I called they told me they could get started on it as soon as I got there with my vehicle, which is huge because I always have my dogs with me and it makes everything much more difficult when we ever run into any vehicle issues. Adrian immediately started looking for parts and they had everything finished early the next day. This is one of the shortest breakdowns I've ever had! They even give me a ride to pick up and drop off my rental car. They saved my trip! I had the opportunity to talk with several people that work there and they're just all around good people that treat their customers right. I would trust them to do any kind of work on my vehicle!
