The person sitting behind the desk is old n slow. He's not friendly at all. Seems as if he has a trust issue. He puts people in front of you before he finish writing your receipt. I left and never going back. Some people just need to retire

Usually a good spot for tires, their fast, reasonable and good.... this visit, though my tire sensor was broken.... cost me about 50 plus dollars for a new one 🙄 😒 😕

Went there yesterday to have a starter replacement everything was fine before replacement now radio won't come told them they said bring back today only for them to say I need a code freaking idiots if power was coming to the radio I've just enter the code if you didn't no that you needed a memory saver just should've been honest about it terrible ppl won't take ownership but charging me dealer prices

This place is highly rated, but if you're too busy to be bothered with new customers that should be said. I called about 12 times before they answered. I told them about my vehicle and told them what the issue was. Instead of 'checking it out', I was given the number to another mechanic who didn't even answer his phone. It's okay, I took it somewhere else, it'll be fixed by Wednesday and the issue was just the PCV valve plate. I guess that would've been too hard to handle on a little 4 cyl. Honda. Oh well! I know who NOT to deal with or recommend!

I've been going here a long, long time. They do a lot of things besides just changing tires. They do brakes, rods, etc. Your money goes a long way here for the average guy/girl. Have a always been satisfied? No, but they are honest and willing to say "my bad or "let me take another look." All I ask for is honest and majority of the time, they do a well rounded job on my vehicles. In my book, they get 5 stars yo. You won't be disappointed......

Took my truck to them an when I got it back it was soaked with water. They broke my sunroof. I have camera footage, the Tow truck has camera footage an I do from my home camera of no sunroof open. He wouldn’t even speak to me over the phone. An tried to say I wasn’t there when the truck arrived. So il take my time and money an go downtown, I refuse to pay for something I didn’t cause.

Soun & his staff are very fair & knowledgeable. I needed my entire brakes worked on. Master cylinder, rear wheel cylinders, rear brake drums & rear brake shoes replaced. Bled the brake lines & had me back in great shape in less than 5 hours. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop for all of your auto repairs. Definitely will see them soon for much needed suspension work to be done !

They have terrible service. It's time for most of them to retire. They miss diagnosed my car,charged me $600 for my air to work not even a week. I took it back to them... now they wanna charge me $700 more cause now they know what the problem is..... This is bad business and no one has tried to make this right. I will never recommend this heartless shop to anyone. I will be contacting the BBB. This is unfair treatment.

Called and got an estimate on getting my headlights bulbs replaced. Was told $70-$90 on the phone. Came in and wasn’t told it was $90 “per” side until they had possession of the car lol. I paid due to having work but please be weary because it’s kinda fishy how it wasn’t stated per side until the car was in their possession.

I got my oil changed by Twin. He always does a great job. You can bring your own oil, filter and they will charge you to change it. I believe it's $16.00 plus taxe. Also they have great experience Mechanic's.
