They won't work on a vehicle older than 2003. They won't get any of my future business. My 91 Jeep Comanche is a solid vehicle with no rust (one of their concerns) and won't "open any cans of worms" (their words), and had they even looked at it, they would have seen that.

It is my prefered auto mechanic place when my cars go outof warranty. Itis honest and doesn't try to pad the costs like Dealers do. If they work on your car, you become part of Hub's family.

Dropped my car off around 10am for suspected faulty alternator. Called me by 12 to let me know the issues/repairs that would be needed. My car was ready around 5pm. This is the second time I’ve gone to The Hub Automotive & they are simply the best. Very transparent about issues/repairs & quick to get it done! 10/10–would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

The Hub Automotive offers the customer service, honesty, and reliability of a small family-owned business that is both hard to find and refreshing. They worked hard to find to the part my car needed, kept in contact, did great work, and were efficient. What else could a customer want?

The Hub rocks! Our car broke down and they were able to get my repair diagnosed and fixed in same day. Intake staff were professional and knowledgeable, mechanics were amazing and fast. This place showed they really cared about our situation. They even found and returned my phone I left in their waiting room. Highly recommend this place!

I can’t say it enough- I am beyond happy with my experience with The Hub Automotive. The owners are very knowledgeable, patient, and responsive (Jennifer is fantastic, truly). She made herself available even after hours through phone for any questions or concerns. They were very detailed throughout this experience. They were looking out for my best interest instead of just seeing an opportunity to make money off of an expensive repair. If you are looking for an auto repair company that you can actually trust, seriously call The Hub.

Very nice people and good work! I went to multiple shops for a year trying to get my engine fixed. It was throwing 5 different codes and no shop has been able to help me until them. They were very knowledgeable with my engines system and they even tried to fix the least costly things first to see if it fixed multiple other things, which it did. Check engine light hasn't been on since and my car is back to working normal. I can't thank them enough!

Great experience at the hub. Started went out and they fit us in the next day. Price was very reasonable—much better than some other places we called. Highly recommend!

I lived in Memphis from 2020 until this past May. I took mine and my wife's cars here a few times to get a variety of things repaired. They were always incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, fairly priced and worked quickly (the longest I didn't have my car was 2 days.) Hands-down, the best mechanic in Memphis.

My fiance and I had been going here for all our car issues for a while now. My fiance has brought his tacoma & I have had them work on my scion xB and had no complaints other than it was a bit expensive. Well I bought a 2013 prius V2 about a year and a half ago, and a lot of brake lights starting coming on, so I took it in. I’ve heard the ABS systems on these cars are a complicated issue, and some other mechanics didn’t even want to mess with it. They told me they have done this on another prius before & that I needed my accumulator replaced, so I did what they suggested. That was $2350. Then about two months later I started having the exact same issues. I called them and asked if they could double check their work since I just spent all this money and the problem came back so soon. I asked if it would cost anything to check it out, I was told on the phone that it wouldn’t. I got a call the same day that my master cylinder needed to be replaced and that would be another $2500. At this point I just decided to pick my car up and decide if it was even worth it to keep it (the car only has 100,000 miles). They then told me that the diagnostic is only free if I choose to get the work done on the same day, so I was charged $143 for the diagnostic. I called around to different mechanics that told me that it is common practice to replace the entire system because the master cylinder was inevitably going to fail when you put in a new accumulator and was quoted under $2000 for the entire braking system to be replaced. I am very disappointed that I even went with them in the first place, either it was a scam to get double the money for two separate services when they knew it should have all been taken care of, or with benefit of the doubt, they just didn’t know what they were doing and should have done more research on this specific problem. Either way, I wouldn’t trust them with this issue and I won’t be taking my prius back to this shop.

They run an efficient and accurate and friendly company. I called and explained everything, they were on top of their game. Even came and picked up my vehicle in a hour and half. I was texted all problems and the cost of the repairs within the next two hours. They have it and have no doubt about it that they will do an excellent job.

I came in because I knew something was going on with my blend door actuator, as a result my dual a/c wasn’t blowing cold on all sides. They charge me the normal diagnostic fee and replaced actuator which was already brand new and charge a/c with freeon. When I picked my vehicle up as was well by the time I made it home my vehicle was blowing heat again. I brought it back to the shop the day afterwards. They charged me the same diagnostic fee which should have been waived due to I had just left for the same reason. They stated my other actuator on right side was unplugged and replaced cab filter which wasn’t dirty at all. Because I had that changed a few months back. My questions is how in the world can you charged a customer twice for the same thing. Also the unplugged actuator should have came up on the first diagnostic. Stop trying to get over on customers with these diagnostic I should be refunded my second diagnostic fee. My ac is working now as it should after paying double for the same thing. SMH I would never leave my vehicle with new shops💯

Have been going to The Hub for my 2011 Nissan Murano repair. I have been very satisfied with their professionalism, service is top notch, very kind...even if they have to give you bad news when they call. I have been completely satisfied with each repair. If you looking for a great auto repair, give The Hub Automotive a try.

Thanks to these fine people, I can finally tell my dad the car will be okay. The Hub gave me an estimate to a problem my last mechanic saw and actually solved it. Haven't had a problem or *heard* a problem since from my brakes. The people at the front desk are super approachable and are happy to explain your options.

The repairs at this place are very expensive. I submitted a request on yelp that said my 2013 Chevy Impala was overheating and I wanted to replace the radiator. I stated that I had already replaced the water pump, thermostat and coolant sensor. Shannon contacted me from the Hub Automotive. I requested a quote for replacing the radiator. Instead of providing me with a quote, Shannon requested that they do a diagnostic to see if they could find an issue instead of replacing the radiator first. I agreed to Shannon’s request. The diagnostic fee is $138. Long story short, they did the diagnostic and didn’t find anything wrong with my vehicle. I asked them to go ahead and replace the radiator because it had a small leak. The cost was $929 to replace the radiator. I agreed to have the service done. I called back about 10 minutes later and I asked them to replace the upper and lower hose on the radiator also. Shannon said it would be an additional $450 to replace the upper and lower radiator hose. This was much more than I expected so I decided not to do it. I found a mobile mechanic who came out and replaced my radiator and hoses for $500. The car rides good now without any issues. If you go here, be sure to get the quote first. The repair charges are expensive so you need to know before you drop off your car. If I had received the quote that I requested, I would not have taken my car to Hub Automotive.
