The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. The technician did such a good job on the repair of my window that I almost couldn't tell where the nickel sized crack had been. He was really nice also. The price was very affordable and the service was quick. I had already been told by a different shop that the crack on the window couldn't be fixed. Went to get my windshield replaced almost 4 months ago and they didnt close my hood properly. Didnt make it down the street and my hood flew open damaged my truck and the new windshield . I called auto glass and they came took the hinge off my hood and told me they would pay for it just send them the bill. After i tried contacting them on a update they kept giving me back and forth and a whole run around . 11 calls later they finally responded. After waiting 3-4 months with this damage they made excuses and refused to pay for the damage and denied my claim. Do not recommend this place they have no responsibility or integrity for their customers

This place us so UNPROFESSIONAL! I missed an entire day of work, waiting on them to come and replace my windshield. The installers called with EVERY excuse as to why they couldn't make it. One even said " it might snow" the other said " he needed light to install, because it would be dark when he got to me". Then, had the audacity to tell me they could refund my deductible but, it would take days to return to my card. So, I still can't go with another company until they refund my $500 deductible.

Unfortunately, this is my second time having to get service due to 2 separate incidents. Both times, customer service has been top tier from the initial contact for an estimate and appointment from making a payment and driving off completely satisfied. The manager Rachel, and the 2 young ladies that assisted me Stephanie and Avery were so pleasant. I recommend this place to anyone needing glass repair. It’s one thing to have to spend money, but it makes it worth while when a business operates and makes sure you are satisfied while doing so. Shout out to the entire team and thank you to the technician Randy for going that extra mile you went with ensuring my safety.

I had my windshield replaced on my 2025 Freightliner Cascadia by the crew at the Lamar Ave location. My husband had called glass places from Wyoming to Memphis. These were the only guys who could get me in within my time frame. They had the glass in stock (OEM to boot)! The price was far better than any other shop and the service was fast and efficient. The technician was so apologetic that it took him longer than he expected due to the cold. We were fine with that and understood. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. I would definitely recommend this shop to all of my other truck driving friends.

I had to order the side view mirrors from online because they were aftermarket parts. When they installed them they realized I ordered the wrong ones. They gave me more information about the parts I needed than the online parts vendor. The next order were the correct side view mirrors and they installed them with no problems.

It was really an OK experience. The service was great, but before we get to that point, you have to understand how we got there. When I came up there and told them that I purchased the windshield from them and got it put in and for some reason, it's just shaking up and down and leaking also with the fact that you can put your finger through the top of the molding, I just never got the time to come back up there. However, I came up there and I was told they couldn't find me in the system because they got a new system and the warranty is lifetime, so if they can't find me in the system, I don't have the lifetime warranty. I literally had to go through stacks of paper and in my storage , just to find the Receipt. Thank God I found it but I know for a fact it won't be that easy for someone else. I was about to pay, maybe 300 bucks for another windshield. To be honest, the windshield that I had already in there was good. I just wanted them to reseal it. She told me it would be a $100. I was kind of okay with that. However, when she said, if they break it, I still have to pay for it, that got me very upset. Make that make sense, if they break my windshield I will have to pay for it? What! That doesn't make sense. After all the madness I had to come back when I find my receipt or decide if I want to take a chance with the tech maybe breaking my windshield and forcing me to pay full price. Luckily for me I found my receipt from 3 years ago and I didn't have to pay. So they had to order my windshield and then they would call me in. It took a while for them to put it in and then we discovered that they got to order a part of the molding that was broken off. So I had to come back 3 days later to get it put on. Overall, the service was good. I didn't mind the wait however, getting to that point was terrible. That's why I gave them 3 stars. Just bad business updating your system and deleting all the paying customer's accounts then telling them "if we make a mistake and break your windshield you would have to pay for it". GOT TO DO BETTER!
