Normally they do a great job and I have no problems. However, my liftgate does not close and the rear defrost doesn’t work now due to the glass panel replacement and instead of the technician being transparent and saying “Hey I think I broke a mechanism in your vehicle while I was installing your glass.” He tells me to make sure I get my car detailed to pick up extra glass pieces.” That’s not okay and I won’t be back. I’ve had to have glass replaced 4 times in my life over 22 years of driving (various cars) and always used Jack Morris. This will absolutely be the last time due to the dishonesty.

Terrible experience Replaced windshield but then couldn’t calibrate so some safety features wouldn’t work When I went to pick up car they said I had to waive liability When I declined they refused to give me the keys to my car ! Had paid. Would never use them Worst customer service ever.

I do not recommend Jack Morris for replacement of your Subaru's windshield if it is connected to cameras. The company is misleading customers by telling them that they are equipped to offer this service. I scheduled an appointment to drop off my 2023 Subaru on a Friday at 10 am. When I had not heard from anyone by about 3:30 pm, I called the shop. They told me that they were still trying to recalibrate my cameras. At 4:30 they called to say they would not be able to complete the recalibration because they close at 5 pm. They asked me to return the following Tuesday, when the person who conducts the recalibration would be on site. I was then told that this person is on site only once per week. When I picked up my car, I was asked to sign a waiver that said I was responsible for the recalibration and they were not responsible for any issues, etc. I resisted and said, "But you are completing the recalibration." The person at the desk said, "Well, someone else is actually doing it." "But you are paying them," I responded. "No, the insurance company is." Okay. Before dropping my car, they did not disclose that an outside contractor would be responsible for the recalibration. I returned with my car the following Tuesday at 8 am, my appointment time. I was scheduled to wait during the recalibration, which I was told would take approx. 45 minutes. The person at the desk said the individual conducting the work "Should be here by 8:30." Okay. Around 9 am, the staff were chatting in the lobby, and I heard someone say something about the Subaru. The person at front desk called me up to tell me that staff would need to drive to another location, about 15 minutes away, to pick up equipment to conduct the recalibration. "I have to leave here at 9:30. Will it be done by then?" I asked. The person could not guarantee that it would be done on time. When I asked why the equipment was not on site, I was told that someone at the other location forgot to return it to the Union site. Again, I had an 8 am appointment for a 45 minute service, yet had to leave at 9:30 with the problem unfixed. After expressing my frustration, the person at the desk told me they would try to schedule the recalibration for the next day at Subaru. However, Subaru did not have an appointment time available and could not confirm when the work would be complete. Nor would they have a loaner car. So I opted to schedule the camera recalibration at Jack Morris for the following Tuesday at 8 am. I dropped the car off and they finally completed the work around 11:30 am. I have a full-time job, kids, responsibilities, like so many others. The fact that it took three visits to complete a windshield replacement is unacceptable. This company misled me by claiming that they can conduct this work. They do not have an employee on staff who conducts recalibrations. They are not respectful of people's schedules. When I asked if calibration problems often occur, I was told, "It sometimes happens with Subarus." Later, a friend told me that she knows multiple Subaru owners who have had this issue here. Additionally, a staff person at Subaru, which does not replace windshields, told me that they do not refer people to Jack Morris Auto Glass. That's all you need to know!

I would have given a 2.5 rating if not for the experienced technician @ the Raleigh LaGrange location who saved the technician who installed my windshield. The installation tech called to give a timeframe for which he was two hours behind w/no communication that he would be late, causing me to need to reschedule another commitment. Then he failed to reconnect the hose to my windshield wiper fluid unbeknownst to me until I needed the fluid. I'd had my vehicle serviced right after the windshield install and thought the dealer service had failed to top off fluids. Because the dealer had a backlog in service, I went to my local Jack Morris Auto Glass location just to see if they had forgotten something. Their experienced technician took the time to diagnose and connect the hose that the install technician had failed to do, and it took only five minutes! I appreciate this so much, hence the 4-star rating thanks to the experienced technician who cared about customer service.

The tech that came out to replace my windshield did a great job. Took a little longer than expected but it was 100° outside and his machine to calibrate kept over heating. But his quick thinking moved my car to the shade and turned on the ac. He was super friendly and I am 100% satisfied with the job he did.

Took them 5 days to order the windshield. Ordered the wrong one and then told me it would take another 5 days to get the correct one in. Just go someplace else. You will be happier.

Cannot say enough good things about Jack Morris. Someone smashed my passenger rear window this morning and I am now home and my car looks like nothing ever happened the same day. They vacuumed up all the glass bits and saved me such a hassle. Great customer service and it is so rare to have a company in Memphis go above and beyond. While I hope I never have to use another glass replacement service, they will be my first choice in the future.
