I had a blow out during rush hour traffic on the hwy...thx to God I didn't wreck. I went to Z's, which is in my neighborhood, to 1. Replace the tire & 2. To get a rim w/tire for a spare. They charged me $45 for the replacement tire, and $60 for the spare & rim. The replacement tire required air multiple times during the following week, so I stopped by to find out why🤷 oops😬turned out it needed to be replugged....no apologies 🙄 well I then had to use the replacement tire/rim and was near a certified tire dealer & had them do it. I kid you not!!! Less than 1minute of driving my tire was knocking and my steering wheel was violently twisting side to side 😵 I returned to the dealer and after they checked it out, it turns out the rim did NOT fit my tire....I just left Z Tire's, and the guy who checked to make sure the tire and rim matched, was there... surprisingly he didn't remember me😒 he refused the possibility that they'd made a mistake... this tire replacement was required last week during our 1st snow... imagine what would've happened had I not been sensible enough to return to the certified tire dealer 😱 the guy @Z's acted ignorant and denied anything was wrong with the tire...I actually saw the Z spare rim/tire placed on my van and actually drove it afterwards, so I guarantee Z sold me faulty equipment!!! He wasn't trying to make the situation good, so I threw the tire/rim into his shop & scolded him about selling such disreputable product and possibly endangering my life. Please do NOT purchase tires there!!!!!

Was waited on in less than 5 minutes. Z Tire Shop was very quick and fast with fixing a tire which had a nail in it. Overall time there was around 10 minutes. Only issue is that they need more space for parking when they have other customers already in queue.

I needed a tire plugged on a Saturday morning. More of the big tire shops were too busy and needed me to make an appointment for much later in the day or later in the week. These guys got me in and out in 5 min. Definitely coming back for future tire needs.
