Best place ever! I wish I would known about these guys when I bought my first car. They’re very Professional and will let you know exactly what’s wrong with your vehicle. Most mechanic shops will try to over charge you and act like something is wrong with your car, but not these guys. I highly recommend for any vehicle problems. The prices are reasonable and the staff is perfect.

I've had Expert Automotive to service my vehicle several times. From oil changes, brakes and rotors to engine repair. They have done an EXCELLENT JOB. They call and remind me it's time for an oil change. I can call with a problem and they work with me to fit me in so they can see what's going on. They are very friendly and the service is fast. They keep their word on the price and the length of the time it will take to do the service. I have found Darryl to be upfront and honest, he has not lied or deceived me, from day one.

Derrick makes you feel comfortable and educates you with any issues involving your vehicle. To add, the aura in the shop is friendly and family friendly. Derrick has a customer in me for life!

Expert Automotive provides outstanding car care services. I tried them for the first time about 2 years ago during one of the Tuesday Ladies oil change specials. I was so pleased with the owner's outstanding customer service that I now bring all three of my vehicles to this shop. They have a very clean facility and comfortable space to wait in while your car is being worked on. They are honest about their schedule of work and are great about scheduling appointments to have your car serviced. One of my vehicles is a hybrid and they do all of the mechanical work on it. While they do not do any of the electrical work for this vehicle, I always bring it them first for direction about how to get it serviced. Expert Automotive is part of my inner circle that helps me with all of my transportation. I highly recommend that you give them a try!

Late post but i had to leave my experience due to exceptional customer service. Came to the shop with an engine light on thinking i had an issue with my Freon supply that was added to my car . Mr Derrick explained he will diagnose my car to see exactly what’s the issue since i previously went to another shop the day before . It came back my a/c compressor was bad and that i would soon need a replacement . He didn’t pressure me to get it done at that moment but he did give me a sheet of codes and descriptions on why my engine light was on . He mentioned that my level of Freon was unbalanced so he leveled everything and showed a video to better understand my car and reassured it’s not a major issue .Me being cheap I’m like ok I’ll come back and get it done ; but as i was pulling off my service Stabilitrak appeared and i start panicking because i knew i needed my car to get back on the road . So i went ahead and got the a/c compressor replaced along with condenser it took roughly a half a day to finish . Got the car back received good news i saved on my service pulled off the lot and my Stabilitrak warning came back on when i hit a bump. Another panic attack i called the shop Mr Derrick explained that my car it resetting itself from the service so it’s normal for warning light to come on. He advised if i am not comfortable with driving the car bring it back and he will double check to ease my mind . Of course i went back because i need reassurance my car is going to get me 300 miles to my destination. Everything look good he stated it’s best to put the car on the road to run it’s course and when i tell you my lights went off and my Camaro is running like a champ. I will be back for my next service 10/10 i recommended -Tori a returning customer

The entire experience of having work done at this shop was excellent. I really liked their professional business and their personal caring attitude. Not once did I feel uninformed about what was needed for my vehicle, what service they were doing and how much the service was going to cost me. The work was done just as promised and my vehicle was returned as clean as when they got it; maybe a bit cleaner. An overall 5 star experience and I will be using them again.

I had a lot of work break done to my car on Oct. 7th 2025 by Expert Automotive. I went to Gateway Tires to get some new tires put on my car. The mechanic had me yo come out and showed me some unprofessional work that was done by the shop. I had close to 1,800 worth of work done to my vehicle. This what happened to my car and they didn’t even fixed the problem. They just put the tire back own like nothing was wrong. This was very unprofessional work done to my car and for more this was very unsafe. I will not be taking my car back to them anymore.

I would say this is pretty much the best auto shop in the city. Always professional. Great people. The service here is unmatched. Any issue I've ever had with my vehicle has always been fixed here without fail and in a timely manner. I definitely recommend them to anyone having trouble with their vehicle.
