I went in for an alignment but they made me aware of other things I needed before I could get that done. It only took like two days and my baby is way better now. I went to have my Uncle’s tire patched, since it’s approximately a 1min from where my Uncle lives; I decided to try them out. I am glad I did. I was in and out by 15 minutes. The cost was around $35, for some, it’s high but when I based it on the great customer service, location and no wait time, I will definitely be returning again!

I had some work done to my Dodge Challenger, was charged for new parts for my frame and suspension. I've heard rattling underneath since but I didn't pay it any mind. Decided to take it to another shop and they have a copy of everything that should have been repaired and the said nothing was replaced. I'm not giving any stars. And manager, shop workers and owner had attitudes. Maybe because of my race. Money has no race though

Very unprofessional the manager/owner had an attitude asking me to leave $1000 just to look at my vehicle without knowing how much is gonna cost to fix. I had my truck towed from Olive branch to that shop and had to get it towed to another place because they were not going to fix it unless I left them $1000 I have never felt so insulted in my life as if they were not get their money if the fixed my vehicle. Will never be back. Even the tow driver was like why is he treating you like this, he referred me to another shop.

Not related, I got totally ripped on this used car I got as an emergency when my baby got totalled and so many things were wrong. Anyways .. had to buy stuff related to the underside and was suggested by Oak Court Auto to head over to Carsons. So glad I did. Great family,great work,fast,honest will be using them again when I have time.

This family owned business is totally awesome and professional. Mr. Carson is knowledgeable about cars and the mechanics. He and his staff are attentive to detail. He listens to your car issues and then his team goes to work to solve them. No work is done without consulting with the car owner. My car was repaired quickly but the repairs were not rushed through just to get to the next job. His pricing is in line with the car repair/labor/parts table. I've not had to take my vehicle back for a redo on anything Carson Frame and Alignment has done. I've used them for oil changes, safety checks, tire rotation/ alignments and body work. Excellent experience. Scheduled my truck for an alignment and brought it in and they were quick, polite, their mechanics have been with them a long time not some rookie mechanics. Was told i needed an upper control arm and it would take a couple of hours. They had me out in about an hour. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I called Carson alignment on a Wednesday and set up an appointment for the next day on Thursday. Carson took care of my alignment issues after I replaced most of the front suspension on my 2005 GMC Sierra Z71. The people working inside are very friendly and nice. If you need a good alignment, I highly recommend Carson. It’s worth the drive and your vehicle will drive straight again with no hands. They were recommended to me by a mechanic friend who sends all of his clients there. I have a lifetime alignment warranty with another big company here but they can never get it right. Often making things worse than it was and recommending things to be replaced that don’t need to be replaced . If your vehicle is driving anything other than straight, give Carson Alignment a call ☎️. You will not be disappointed. They actually know what they are doing.

Buckle your seat belts folks this one is kind of long. First let me say I have to give it a star because no star isn't an option. So let's begin, I was T-boned in mobile Alabama and went to an insurance recommended shop and they did NOT do a good job at all, did not measure the frame on my truck because their shop wasn't equipped for my size of a truck, which is a ram 3500, single wheel, 4x4, 8' bed truck key word 8' bed so it's a big truck. So because of bad repairs other repairs to transmission, drive shaft, and rear-end had to be complete by a dodge dealer for warranty work. Ok now here comes to why I brought it to this place. After calling many different shops in this area Carson's was the ONLY shop that had a frame machine my truck would fit on..... awesome so excited! I and my wife explained to them that the frame needed to be measure to see if it needed to be fixed or replace, that we also wanted them to do corrective repairs that the other shop had completely done wrong, but as far as the transmission, drive shaft, and rear end mechanical wise they couldn't repair because it was under warranty and that DODGE dealer would have to do that part of the work so the warranty wasn't voided. My understanding they understood the assignment. Few days go by they called said hey good news we can fix your frame, again awesome it's been a long hard struggle trying to get this truck fixed since March, now Carson's received it on Sept 23 so they aren't fault on that part. So I told them again if they have ANY ISSUES with our insurance company do not hesitate to call and let us know then we will call the insurance company and get it straightened out. Was told ok. Day later received notification from my insurance app about a supplement being received and waiting on approval. Few more days go by receive another notification of payment being made. So my wife decided to call left a message for someone to call her back, no call she called again left another message no call, left another message... guess what no call. Then today my insurance calls me telling my that Carsonxs wasn't fixing my truck that I need to go pick it up.... excuse me, this is 2 weeks of not hearing NOTHING from carson's. So I call Carson's and wanted to know what was going on, I was put on hold for a moment and then a gentleman with somewhat of an attitude said I had till today to come pick my truck up that they weren't going to do the repairs, that he was tired of back and forth between myself and my insurance company, he was too busy, and that he knew it was going to be a hassle. UM EXCUSE ME? Said that no one came to look at the vehicle from said insurance... THAT WAS A LIE, insurance company has them noted in the file refusing to do the work on the truck as the estimator that didn't show up wrote in on the notes. As I'm trying to ask this guy why he didn't call me to resolve the issues, he proceeded to have an attitude and started to cuss me, I lost it and told him I wasn't cussing him that he didn't need to talk to me like that. He hung the phone up shortly after telling me had till today to get my truck and he wasn't releasing it until HIS STORAGE FEES was paid. So you mean to tell me you give me less than 8 hrs to get 760 dollars paid to you but I gave you 2 weeks to contact me if YOU had any ISSUES with the insurance company yet you chose not to return our phone calls nor communicate like we asked you to, which yall assured us you would. So.... if yall was able too make it through this long review so fitting for this company, I would advise taking it elsewhere, also if you have a big truck like mine there is a place a little farther up the road in hot springs that will gladly accommodate and capable to handle it. And I'm sure they will respond back with some bs of we've been in business a long time, well if that's the case you'd think they'd have better communication right? And please no need for the I'm sorry you feel that way cause that's another lie. Very bad business

A couple shops including a dealership could not find my vibration issues. They got me sorted in less then an hour. Besides having to wait for my parts they got my truck done over the weekend. Honest and upfront. Not just a frame shop but a repair shop also. Stood by there work and thats good for me

Their service was top-notch and they were able to quickly diagnose and fix the alignment issue with my car. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain everything to me. Just moved to Memphis from Georgia so wasn’t sure who to go to and who to trust. I am someone that refuses to go to the big corporate shops because they want to up-charge you and tell you everything is wrong, so finding a shop you’re comfortable with can be challenging. That wasn’t the case at Carsons, these guys are great and super fast. Dropped my truck off to get brakes done at 2pm and they had it done at 8am the next day. They called and I didn’t answer so they left a voicemail and a few hours they called me back again to make sure we talked, this was super helpful and appreciated because most shops suck at communicating and will have just let my truck sit until I called back. Overall these guys are great 5/5 and the price was fair.

I came here because my steering wheel tilts to the right when driving straight, so I figured I needed an alignment. Before working on my car he asked if I had any work done recently and said no. He mentioned my steering wheel is tilted to the right and I stated I did hit some potholes and it started doing that recently. While I was waiting for them to finish I saw the owner and an older mechanic working on my car. After they finished I was told the alignment is good but if the wheel continues to tilt, it would be an electric power steering issue. I drove off and noticed my steering wheel felt stiff which wasn’t like that before I went there, not only that my wheel is tilting to the left now when driving straight. I go back and explain what I experienced and the owner questioned me if my vehicle had been in an accident. I told him it wasn’t and he immediately said that was a lie because lower left wheel was out of alignment, there was a new part put on that side, and he could see where they buffed it out. I told him I scratched the car on the on that side but no one hit my car. The owner truly felt like I was lying and I pulled up the repairs I had done on my car back in September of 2025 ( both rear shocks were replaced)and showed him. At this point he felt annoyed and continued to accuse me after I showed him proof. We went back and forth and he got upset because I was yelling (as if he didn’t raise his voice at me calling me a liar) and I “cussed him out”. This is what took place, he told me that he did what he could and that he was nothing but professional, I proceeded to say if this is professional this is BS. He said he would ride with me to see what I’m talking about and did that, during the drive he asked about the tilt and I stated it’s going to the left. The owner stated he could make an adjustment and would repeatedly say all I did was an alignment and that it has nothing to do with steering/ I think there was a miscommunication. The conversation before and after the ride was very unprofessional especially when I asked for his name and the other man working on my car to keep record of that. Of course he pulled a duh you have to test drive it to make sure everything is working. As if he was working on my car and sending the old man to test drive it. He refused to give the other mechanic’s name as if I don’t have the right to know who was working on my car other than him. HUGE RED FLAG!!! At the end he gave me a refund and said he didn’t want to do business with me and that Firestone was more up my alley. LOL WHAT!!!! I take my car to Passport Nissan in Alexandria VA, that does an amazing job, is great with communication, and is very professional 10/10. TBH Firestone will probably do a beater job than this place and I never been there! Coming here is like pulling up to a trailer park that reeks of smoke while him and uncle Joe Bob work on your car. All I can say is lesson learned.
