I don't recommend this place at all considering the experience I had with them. Luckily I did not let them work on my car as I never made it past the front desk. I did not appreciate being yelled by that old man behind the counter. I'm advising anyone to avoid this business at all costs. Luckily for that old man that yelled at me like that, I happen to be a law abiding citizen and a mature adult, I also happen to be a veteran that served my country faithfully for 6 years. I could have escalated the situation into something really ugly, but I chose to be a mature adult and walk away from the situation. I think businesses that allow this sort of rude and obnoxious behavior should close down

This place is wonderful when it comes to auto repairs. I didn't realize I had a few major issues with my car, and they were able to detect those issues within an hour or less. They were extremely helpful with explaining what was wrong and simplifying terms for me. My car was also ready for pick-up within 24 hours. The issues that were wrong were noticeably better.

I hate taking my vehicles in for anything. I don't know enough about them and have to just trust a mechanic, which is nerve-racking. Based on just Google reviews, I went to Mosely's when my truck wouldn't start. I am glad I did. They were nice, efficient, and I definitely felt like I could trust what they were telling me. It was also very reasonably priced. Then, because my luck sucks, I had a problem with my other vehicle the next week (after no problems for a long time). I took my car in and they quickly diagnosed the problem and got it taken care of. Two thumbs up. I will be back, for sure.

I was dropping off a DoorDash order here on December 10 and the man at the counter, Alan, did not immediately get to me. He assisted the person who rushed to get in front of me first-totally fine, though it took about 5-7minutes. However, once he got to me he decided to grab the keys from the person behind me so that customer wouldn’t have to wait. (That courtesy could’ve been applied to me, right?). The bad review is because after that incident, they were concerned with where I parked my vehicle. While I could’ve parked elsewhere this was my first time in the area so I parked closest to the doors. I decided to use the bathroom and when I came out Alan, who is still at the counter (he wasn’t there initially), decides to say ”we really need you to move your car”. I say, ”ok I’m leaving now.” Then, as I’m leaving out the door some random employee passive-aggressively restates what Alan said and tries to unnecessarily over explain why I shouldn’t park there. The entire time I’m walking to my car and I thought; A.why doesn’t this business have a place or instructions for door dashers? B. I could’ve been in, dropped the package (which was heavy btw) and been out in less than 5 minutes if Alan treated me the same way he treated the customer behind me. C. Why are they now blocking my vehicle for me to get out? I was sooo frustrated with their lack of hospitality and professionalism. I truly hope I. Never have to deliver in that area again and if so, I hope I don’t encounter these people again. There was a lady who worked there and she seemed sweet though and the bathroom was nice as well - that’s why it’s two stars instead of one.

I recently moved to Memphis and this place was recommended by several of my neighbors in SIP. I see now why this place has such wonderful reviews. This is a family owned place that is 100% transparent and doesn’t try to oversell you anything. I came in for general maintenance on their busiest day and they fit me in no problem. They also gave me a heads up of some issues that were likely going to need to be addressed soon which was helpful to financially prepare for. They have a great play area for kids with a Fisk tank which my 18mo loved. I’ve since recommended this place to several of my friends and family and they have had nothing but positive things to say. My only negative is that the sitting area could be spruced up a bit-definitely an older building with older furniture. But otherwise 10/10 recommend!

Sweet family who owns it. I have used this place 4 times and each time I end up frustrated doing business with them. The new receptionist/sales guy is the worst to talk to. 1- he told me carbon monoxide was leaking in to the cabin and could kill my son who drives the jeep. After he found out the part was $5000 to replace he told me he would not recommend doing it…. 2- I paid them $3200 to fix everything on this jeep 3 years ago. On last weeks visit he called me and said the EGR valve was a cheap aftermarket part and needed to be replaced with a factory part. They put the cheap part on originally and would not stand behind it. Just use another shop. I will not be back
