Literally, my husband called them this morning. They got the tire size and everything they show up an hour later. Don’t even have the right tools to take my tire off of my car. My husband told him he had to get to work within 2 1/half hours when the guy left and said he would be right back he never returned any of my husband text or calls. I do not recommend these guys at all. !!!!!!!!!

As I was making my way from Memphis to Jackson Tn, I encountered a major setback when my tire suddenly blew out due to the treacherous potholes and dry rot on the road. To make matters worse, my rim was also completely busted on my navigator. However, I was fortunate enough to come across a remarkable company that truly went above and beyond to assist me.Not only did the representative-Ross from the company promptly arrive at the scene, but he also managed to  find a suitable replacement rim and tire. With great expertise, he skillfully mounted the new rim and made sure to switch my tires around for me, ensuring proper balance. This involved removing the damaged tire from the front and replacing it with the rear tire, then the new tire took its place in the rear. I am incredibly grateful to this individual for getting me back on the road without leaving me with a headache or any further complications. Their exceptional service and dedication truly saved the day. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, I highly recommend reaching out to this company, as they will undoubtedly provide the assistance you need and prevent you from being stranded. Once again, I extend my heartfelt thanks for their prompt response and invaluable help in getting me safely home.

Ross did a great job at a very fair price. My daughter punctured her tire going into the parking garage at the Memphis airport just before her flight. Ross was able to get into the garage and fix her tire before her return flight to Memphis. This saved her a lot of time and aggravation. Ross is the absolute best ever. Had 2 flat tires with only 45 min to make it to the train. Not only did he get us off the interstate. He went and bought a new tire put it on rotated my tires and kept my car at his shop while we were on vacation. Mind you this was at 6am. He communicated throughout our vacation and was beyond nice and professional. He is the best.. thank you so very much Ross
