I have been bringing my vehicles to Josh and the folks at Wilkerson Tire for several years. They always tell me in advance what to expect and then if there are any problems or they encounter anything unexpected they call and get approval before they fix it. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the service. The best part is that we have a place we trust to work on our vehicles.

I had a flat tire and I called in to have them patch it for me. I was in and out in about 30mins! These gentleman are outstanding and very friendly! I was able to see every step of the tire repair process and learned a thing or two along the way. I definitely will drop in again when I need work done on my car!

I called one day ahead of time to get my car in early in the morning. When I get my car early in the morning and told them the oil change and checking of coolant and asked exactly what time it might take, I was told it might probably take about one hour or so with only one car ahead of me. I left my phone number and didn’t hear them back and I called 2:30 pm in the afternoon. They told me they just got the car in and since I have a meeting and might not get there before their office hour and asking when in this case I might pick it up. The way Mr. Wilkerson dealt with my concern was you wanna to let my guys quit or not. He also told me the reason ( "it likes a doctor's appointment..." I doubt he himself would even take ) of why it took so long for the oil change given I called a day ahead of time, getting my car in early inthe morning when they open). This kind of attitude sucks especially after they overpromised and didn’t get things done they have promised. Lost my patience for them.

My son sent me here when he couldn't fix it. I felt taken care of. My daughter gets her new tires here, too. The guys are honest and actually saw a nail in another tire while he fixed the flat. One of a few real service stations left. This is my place. Close to home.

Fantastic place for auto service! They are extremely fair on their pricing and honest. I used to take my car to the Honda Dealership for service and maintenance but not anymore!!! “The most Honest auto shop in the Memphis city” I can assure that you won’t find these kind of combination of Genuine Rates and Customer Orientation anywhere in the city. Every time I go, I returned with satisfaction and feeling of not being loot or stealing. Mostly, I go there for my Tire problems. The attendant made a little conversation and gives necessary instructions about proper handling & maintenance. Apart from professionalism and accuracy, they treat every customer as equal.

We have been using Wilkerson tire for years. They are wonderful and do great work. We have owned two range rovers and have taken our cars here for repairs to avoid being taken advantage of with dealership markups and labor fees. These guys are everything you want in an auto shop. They're quick and will talk you through each step of the process. They seem like they generally care about their customers and will try and go the extra mile for them. These guys have gotten me out of a tight spot twice now, and have earned a lifelong customer. Sorry for this post being late. You guys, GREAT place to go. I was referred by a co worker and was very pleased with the repairs done and the price. Every time I hear someone talking about they need their car repaired I tell them “Go to Wilkerson’s, they are GREAT!!” I say this because Josh was wonderful explaining what the problem was and what needed to be done. ( Even showed me by video so I could see what he actually found) Now, I’m a single mom and when I told him I could not afford what I needed done he worked out a plan for me and my budget to keep my vehicle running. As of today my truck is running great and I will be back to see the Wilkerson’s for my next repair. 💕💕 Thanks you guys. May you be blessed like you blessed me.

Been meaning to write this review for awhile. Fantastic service. They walk you through everything they're doing and really do their best to meet your needs. Guys stayed late for me on a Saturday when I needed some new tires and was heading out of town. Most importantly they even SHOW you everything they're doing and you can tell they're not trying to pull a fast one. Would take my vehicles here every service if I lived in Memphis. Very inexpensive too; ended up saving us a lot of money on our trip. Thanks again for your awesome service!

I will never take my car anywhere else but Wilkerson Tire! I've been taking my car here since I moved around the corner from their shop 5 years ago. They're a family business and they've always been honest, fair, and affordable. They do quick and quality work. They explain all of your options to you and let you know what needs to be done right away and what can wait. Since I live so close by, Josh Wilkerson even offers to drive me to and from my house while I wait for work to be completed on my car. He has even texted my number directly from his personal phone after doing repair work to make sure that everything is working properly and that I'm safe. I could never ask for a kinder, friendlier, or more honest staff of people to take care of my car. They genuinely seem to care about you more than your money and that is so hard to find nowadays. I don't know what I'll ever do if I move away. Thanks SO SO much to Wilkerson for everything you do! I would recommend them to anyone. :)

Brought the car in for non functioning AC and they fixed a bad fuse ezpz. Then they offered to look at my door (I had parts but wasn't sure if it would be able to be fixed) employee on the phone said they would check it out and wr would assess if it could all be fixed. The proceeded to do 170$ of work without.my permission and whe. I picked it up they told Me the problem was not fixed (albeit this is my fault as I had bad info from two previous mechanics). So I paid 170$ for work that was not authorized and not needed (my fault but they should have caught it when I was told they were going to check it out)

The owners of this tire shop keep a dog that contributes to nuisance barking. You should be ashamed of yourselves and not keep an aggressive dog outside in 30 degree weather. Your neighbors HATE you.
