I scheduled a recall at this location at 10am was told it would take about 1 hour..... I left my vehicle was told they would call me..... I was texted a link I could watch the progress nothing was ever updated on it..... I called 5 hours later they told me of course my vehicle was done...... were they ever going to let me know..... the staff in there was friendly and prompt to greet me but no one ever let me know my vehicle was done.

It was very empty when we got there, so it took a while to find someone to help us at Parts. There was also an apparent miscommunication that really upset me after going to a lot of trouble to drive out to get our fobs programmed. Thankfully, they were able to work us in and get the job done. I'm happy they were able.to order what we needed and that we got it taken care of after all.

I asked for an estimate to replace my shocks and struts for my 2017 Titan. First by phone. The female advisor told me she could give me the labor cost but I would need to call parts to get pricing. Not very helpful. Second request was while I was getting an oil change yesterday. The advisor said he would put something together but never followed through with the estimate. Very disappointed. The customer service was much better at the old location. I will say that the oil service was fast and thorough.

They told me my truck was fixed over the phone, i had my boyfriend go pay it, he went to drive it away and we couldn’t even drive it off the lot because the problem was not fixed. They sent me a text saying they diagnose all of the vehicles they service, and now they want another $500 to just diagnose it because they didn’t do that before they replaced the part. Would not recommend these guys whatsoever.
