I called this afternoon to see if they were available to diagnose an issue. 3 hours later, the techs have diagnosed the issue, the owner ordered the parts and personally left to go pick them up, the techs removed the old stuff, owner delivered the new parts, and it’s nearly back together. On top of this, my kid was given snacks and cartoons - not the typical shop experience and one I’m happy to recommend!

A buddy of mine recommended here. I drive up there asked for the owner Brooks, I was greeted by a rude lady in the front office. Nasty attitude, nasty customer service never got to speak to the owner Brooks. Don’t think this is the job for her with that attitude. Needless to say I would rather pay more with my mechanic than have to deal with a rude ungrateful woman. Her name was Savannah and she needs a different job not dealing with the public.
