You Don't have to worry about your car. You have the option to have them use dealer or after market parts. Oil changes the use dealer oil and filters. Parts replaced are shown to you. Very knowledgable and friendly. Tom is awesome.

I have been their costumer for about 30 years. I never question or dispute anything. The reason is because they earned my trust. Everything is done right and the prices are fair. The staff is remarkable. Service is always friendly and reliable. Hard to find this elsewhere.

Tom is very honest unlike Firestone on Baldwin Ave. near Duarte.. He quotes you the exact price of the part from the dealer. I called the dealers parts Dept. to check on the part price and it was the same as his quote. I have a Lexus and needed a blower motor and the price quoted from the dealer was $296. and that was the same as his quote. Firestone tried to rip me off by saying the part was $570. from the dealer. They probably thought I wouldn’t check with the dealers parts dept., they also tried to pad the bill by trying to say I needed a bunch of other work. Tom just just fixes the problem you have and not try to make things up to soak you. Synthetic oil change price is very reasonable at $50. and he uses orig. parts. Go to the Firestone crooks If you want to be ripped off. Will be going to Rosemead Auto Repair Corp. from now on. Ask for Tom.

Was referred to Tom and am most definitely pleased with the experience. Went in for timing belt service on my gx470 and it went smoothly from start to finish. Tom is straight forward, kind, and (to the best to my knowledge) honest. was quoted slightly less at other shops but for the customer service i’d come back to him any day.

Tom at Rosemead Auto repair did an outstanding job on my 2001 Avalon with 190,000 miles. He quickly found the root cause of my check engine light issue that confused my two other incompetent mechanics (bad grounding job and one guy forgot to put back a bolt underneath the chassis, causing an annoying rattle). Tom also did some deferred maintenance such as replacing spark plugs, radiator, and water pump with appropriate hoses, etc. His prices are very reasonable. My car now drives like a 2 year old Toyota instead of a 19 year old Toyota that it really is! Thanks so much Tom, so glad I found you.

Trust worthy. I have been using shop for almost 3 decades. Tom recommends only if it is necessary to repair. He had never tricked me to fix something I don't need. I see that every customer loves him. I do not shop around so I don't know how to compare with others. He always provides good quality repair and service.

Overpriced!!!. I did a pump once and found out years later they charge 3 times the price of product, if you don't count the labor. Do the labor cost 3 times of an easily change pump. You be the judge.
