Don't go there.......its scam workshop They always tried to ask you to repair more than you need....not intend to discredit them but if you don't believe ....You can try yourself

DISHONEST ! My 70 year old mother went here for a smog check and walked out of there with a $200 bill!!! There was a list of services they claimed they did on her car, which she NEVER asked for. She was totally taken advantage of!

This place has helped me a lot. I was having a lot of trouble with my e39 and they managed to accomodate me everytime, facilitate repairs, and keep costs low thank goodness.

*****BEWARE THIS AUTO MECHANIC PLACE**** THIS PLACE KNOW FOR ALWAYS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF ESPECIALLY YOU KNOW LITTLE OR NOTHING ABOUT CARS. I TESTED THEM I DID MY FULL TUNE UP AND FRONT N REAR BRAKES JOB THEN BRING MY CAR IN , THEY SAID I THAT I NEED A FULL TUNE UP AND BRAKES SERVICES LOL. THIS PLACE IS DIRTY.!! STAY AWAY NOT TRUST WORTHY OWNERS. KARMA WILL GET THEM FOR RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.

I would give zero stars if I could. Wasted a ton of our time with a million repairs that we did not need for our car. We only needed an oil change and he wanted us to do a tire rotation, ball bearing oil change and a ton of other things. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Beware of the snake-charming owner. He may recommend unnecessary repairs upon doing a quick inspection. I went in for an oil change and he recommended about $500 in other repairs that I know I didn't need.

This is my review on yelp written in 2014, but google users should see this too. It is very important! I agree with: HK C, Jeni K, and Michelle L - " He told me I needed some work done that I had just had done" I completely agree and that is what happened to me! Excuse me Success Auto Tech, don't you remember changing my transmission oil 10,000 miles ago? (HOW DARE YOU TRY TO RIP ME OFF?) Should have known something was up when every time I was done servicing my car there.. they would brain wash me by saying, "See we do a good job, an honest job..not like **** **** (another auto shop a few miles away)" (WHO WOULD SAY THAT ABOUT THEMSELVES ANYWAY? IF YOU DO A GREAT JOB, YOU DON'T HAVE TO TELL THE CUSTOMER YOU DID A GREAT JOB. THE CUSTOMER WILL REALIZE IT THEMSELVES AND YOU'D BE BOOMING WITH BUSINESS...THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH BUSINESS GOING ON HERE, THAT IS WHY THEY SELL YOU UNNECESSARY MAINTENANCE) Standard oil change requires changing oil filter and oil. Well guess what? I did my last 5 oil changes with Success Auto Tech, and they NEVER changed the oil filter. How do I know this? I got my oil changed at another auto maintenance place and that's what they showed me.. (NOW I SEE THE TRUTH......THANK YOU FOR NOT CHANGING MY OIL FILTER SO THAT YOU CAN MESS UP MY CAR.. ) Changed my transmission oil at 30,000 miles with Success Auto Tech. At 40,000 miles, I came back to do a routine oil change where Mike, the mechanic, that always works on my car, suggested I should change the transmission oil because it looked dirty. He then continued to say that he changes his prematurely. My response was, "How often should I change it?" Mike replied, "every 20,000." Lance/Long (THE OWNER) comes by and agrees with Mike that it should be changed every 20K miles. I was puzzled and now realized what these guys were trying to do. I replied, "I had my transmission oil changed 10,000 with you guys." After I mentioned this, Mike and Long drop the ball on bugging me to get my transmission oil changed. (WHY ARE YOU GUYS TRYING TO RIP ME OFF? WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO SELL ME AN UNNECESSARY MAINTENANCE?) MAYBE NO ONE COMES TO YOUR PLACE BECAUSE YOU GUYS ARE BEING SHADY... LONG, HEIN AND MIKE.. JESUS CHRIST.. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED... I THOUGHT THESE GUYS WERE MY FRIENDS.. They seemed so nice and honest.. APPARENTLY GREED GO THE BEST OF THEM...

Long, Hein, Michael are LIARS & will be happy to RIP YOU OFF & screw you over, laugh in face & rub it it in. Charge on CREDIT CARD so you can DISPUTE the FAKE REPAIRS & EXCESSIVE CHARGES. NEVER pay cash!!!!! Long, Hein & Michael are SHADY auto shop owners!! They quote you very low initially like $150 and then the repairs Ballon / Skyrocket to $600+. They push un-necessary repairs or charge you for fake repairs that they never do. I asked them to see my old defect parts and was told they trash them or there is a core fee so the vendor took back the old defective parts. Asking other mechanics and they tell me there is never a core fee for these products. Success Auto always does BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! Always credit card charge your repairs so you can dispute the EXCESSIVE charges with credit card company STAY AWAY / DO NOT come here at all!!!!

I came here to this place for the first time recommended by Dr Tong, an Indonesian pastor, who lives in that area. The owner, Hin, was very nice at the beginning, I trusted him so much, even when I moved out from the area I still let him fix my car.( 25 miles away) As time went by, cheating became more and more. One day his partner ( I don't know his name) told me, the brakes need to be replaced, I said OK, so I paid for the service of brakes replacement but later I found all the 4 brakes was not replaced. I requested a receipt, he crossed out the receipt number before he gave it to me. I came back another day and showed the receipt to Hin, Hin took it and destroyed it. He replaced the rear brakes with new brake pads but the front brakes didn't get replaced. Another day, a technician was able to fix the parking brake but Hin told me it needed to be replaced and I had to pay more than it should be, that's when I said to myself it's time move on. NOT GOOD, HIN !!! 👎👎

I have been with Success Auto Tech for Years. The trick with working with Success, set an estimated price for the item to be repaired. Know exactly what it is, and all the why's. Often times, after they start working on the car, they find other defects or break or visible faults with the car that have nothing with the original repair estimates. Success is very good at finding loose mounting engine or cracked rubber brackets, or old belts, or leaking oils, etc. You don't want to save a few dollars and lose your life. And when this happen, it gives the appearance that they are jacking up the prices and ripping you off. Make sure you actually see all the new defects before, yes, before you allow Success to work on it. If the original estimates changes, make sure you have a satisfactory explanation for the increase. This has not been a problem for me. This arrangement has work well for me for years. It still beat the repair costs elsewhere. Good Luck! Spencer C.

I have brought a vehicle here three times for an Uber inspection and all three times I’ve had a great experience. They don’t try to upsell you on anything and you’re usually out in about 10 minutes. The times that I have asked about service for my car they give me honest answers about what they think I do or do not need. If I ever need my car serviced, I would bring it here.
