Roses store manager became vey upset with Bose the sore placed an incorrect sales sign on fabric softener. She went as far as telling me “ oh you must need those $2.00” when it is clear that her sore was in the wrong. She said “ I am the manager and you will not get it for that price and you can call cooperate if you want. She continued on and got the customers involved as well. This employee was very upset while I was calm. And yes I received the wrong sale price after the manager was very unprofessional. She had nothing more to say, because she as the manager did not check her sale signs. What an embarrassing and horrible experience.

CHECK THE LOAVES OF BREAD FOR MOLD BEFORE YOU BUY!! I told a worker about the moldy bread. She told me to set it back on the bread rack so another associate can dispose of it. I came back two days later, the same loaf of molded bread was still there. I STILL cringe out of disgust and anger whenever I think about it.

Called store to see if they had a product and they said they did. We were specific on what we were looking for and the price. The lady who helped us was friendly but we drove alllll the way from Gulfport, Ms just to get there and it was not what we called for. We were specific on what we wanted. Terrible!!!!

I would give 0 stars if possible. The employees here are the most rude retail employees I have ever encountered. It started the first day we tried to go in, I am white and my fiance is black. I brought my backpack in as well as my service dog. We were asked to leave by an employee who was hanging out with her boyfriend behind the shoe racks because animals arent allowed in the store. There are no signs posted anywhere that animals arent allowed AND I should never be turned away from any establishment because of my service animal. After trying to explain we were told to leave. Keep in mind that I, a white female, went into the store with a backpack on my back that time as well. Today my fiance went into the store to buy beach towels. He was told that he had to leave his backpack at the front of the store because it was "store policy". After asking multiple times for this "policy" to be explained to him he was forced to leave his backpack at the front of the store. Not only are these employees rude and unprofessional - they are extremely racist. Upper / corporate management needs to get involved or these reviews will keep coming and legal action will possibly be taken.

I visited Roses on Florida Blvd. today and several items that I had, were incorrectly priced on the shelf. Instead of giving me the item for the price marked on the shelf, I was told from the mgr. that there was nothing they could do because the price of the item had increased and there was not enough staff to properly mark the item on the shelf. What a poor excuse. The difference was 60 cents and a happy returning customer. I encourage you to be fair when possible, because many a businesses have closed with better customer service practices. When there are no customers coming through the doors of Roses, I’m sure there will be plenty of time to mark items with the correct shelf pricing. With these practices, Roses, you will soon be out of business in this Post CoVid Era.

The customer service and the staff at this store are extremely rude and unprofessional. I recently went in to get a refund and the manager, who didn't seem to have a clue about her job description, immediately got an attitude. The store is good and they have some pretty good deals, but they really need to hire a better staff or at least teach them the proper protocol for customer service.

I love this store!! The prices are wonderful!! The merchandise is good, and the clothing is really nice!! I really like their t-shirts. They have some varying sayings on them, and I can get a shirt to pretty much describe my mood at any given time. 😁

I love this store!!! Where I grew up in Mississippi had a Rose's and I loved it then! They carry just about anything you need! I compare them to Walmart except Rose's is better, much better! No walking half a mile to find what you need. There is no cold grocery here, but they do carry some staple items. They do have clothing better made than WM and often lower priced always comparable. They carry plus size clothing often 4x and 5x men and women's sizes. Their housewares department is outstanding! I recently bought a new Queen size spread here for $7. Beautiful! No second rate! They often have extra thick wash cloths in all colors for 50 cents!! Yes 50 cents!! I bought enough to last until the apocalypse!! They have small appliances, air conditioners, outdoor furniture, grills, artificial flowers, beautiful framed art and other objects to decorate your home or garden. Their phone chargers are the lowest priced I have ever found. I bought mine here. It is 6 feet long with 3 different connectors on it for only $4. Comparable ones sell for$15 to $20. Please go check this business out if you LIKE a great bargain and please give me a thumbs up by hitting the LIKE button if you LIKE my review!!

The reason for the one star is because I have shopped here a few times the bathroom that's for public use is always taped off it's been like that since I shopped around the Christmas holidays I asked one of the cashiers what was the reason she said a costumer poured deodorize beams and stopped up the toilet so you mean to tell me the public will never have access to the bathrooms again now it's January 24th2025 I heard a elderly lady ask to try on a garnment one of the cashiers flat out told her we don't allow the costumes to try on anything so I could here the conversation and I ask the cashier at my register what's the purpose of having a dressing room she replied oh that's just for today really I don't know why people shop there to whom ever is in charge of this store is in serious need of restoring operations so people can enjoy where they are spending their hard earned money I refuse to shop there until changes are made for the better please revise to serve the public because the Florida Blvd location is way off from meeting the criteria
