Normally I don’t write review but because Turbo Auto was so good to me. I feel like I must comment on how well they did to my car. i have taken my car to two auto mechanic before and none have addressed the problem with my car. Same issue and wasted over $800. With Turbo Auto. They took care of me and had it all diagnosed and fix the same day. Brake job, and alternator replacement. My car is still running smooth and I will come back again because of the wonderful experience and services that I got from them. I’d recommend anyone with car or maintence issue to please go to Turbo Auto. They are by far the best and most honest in my opinion. Thank you so much and looking forward to bringing my car there for future services.

PLEASE READ! This review is in response to the owners reply to my initial review. Please see attatched photos for the complete review which includes his reply. Thank you for your reply to my review. Your response and approach were entirely predictable, confirming the exact behavior I had come to expect. To clarify, the reason for my second visit was that the A/C repair you performed on my vehicle failed after only three months. It is standard practice to return to the original service provider for a faulty repair, and I did so while giving you the benefit of the doubt regarding the initial overcharge, which you admitted was a "clerical error." Therefore, your sarcastic and arrogant tone is uncalled for. It is particularly telling that your response to my review failed to address two critical points: forcing us to wait in a storm and the physical altercation that occurred when you tried to prevent me from leaving with my receipt. Your silence on these matters speaks volumes. Regarding payment, I paid the final invoice only after the police informed me the matter was a civil one and advised me to pay if I wanted to retrieve my vehicle that day without waiting for a court ruling. This payment does not validate your invoice or your actions; it was a necessary step to reclaim my property. Regarding your response about waiving the cost for the coolant pressure test and additional labor, your claim of a favor is inaccurate. The invoice shows no waived fees, which confirms that your statement is a simple attempt to shift focus away from the facts. As for having me trespassed from your property, I fully understand your reasoning. If I had a customer exposing my fraudulent and scandalous business practices, I would also do whatever it took to keep them away. Therefore, that action holds no weight in this dispute. I also find it unprofessional that you consistently praise customers who leave positive reviews yet become defensive and dismissive toward those who point out your shortcomings. When your business makes a mistake, the customer is suddenly portrayed as ungrateful. A true professional would address a customer's concerns with an apology and a genuine attempt to resolve the issue, not with arrogance and a condescending attitude. It is a shame that you have never responded to a negative review with an apology or a desire to make things right. I have audio and video recordings of our encounter, as well as an additional recording of your employee sympathetically apologizing for the situation. I am willing to email both files to any reader who needs validation of these events.

Worked on my air conditioner for my Camaro, had it in the shop for a month. Told me they had to order the part from the dealer, when the part came in, they promised me I would have cold , it lasted 2 days and I’m out of over 1100.00 I took back in and they said THE DEALERSHIP sent the wrong part. He couldn’t send it back, so he got a used one and put it in and once again promise me cold air. It lasted 2 days, and when I took it back the owner said I must have had someone else put Freon in it after him. I very dissatisfied with the service and out of all that money and the warranty in not honored. The may be good mechanics, but I wouldn’t use them for AC work.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service performed on my truck. The original issue was the actuator blend door for my A/C system. Your shop kept my vehicle one day longer than promised, replaced a part that costs approximately $20-40 and charged me $1,000 for the repair. While the system worked briefly, it immediately produced strange noises, and within three months the A/C stopped functioning altogether. When I returned the vehicle to have the issue properly addressed, I was informed that I would be charged again, along with an additional diagnostic fee. This is unacceptable. The problem they were contracted to fix was not resolved, and the a/c is now in worse condition than before I brought it in. Prior to your repair, the A/C was at least operational and not making noises. After your service, it is both non-functional and noisy. I expect accountability for the work performed. A repair should not fail within such a short period, nor should a customer be charged twice for the same unresolved issue.

Wanted to comment for a post made by my boyfriend about the work and experience for this shop. The guys at turbo auto are very nice. They did have the car longer than we were told they would by the warranty company but we can't blame them for that. They did get the job done quickly once they received the parts to fix it. The issue my boyfriend has isn't with the auto shop, its with Drivetime. I just wanted to clear this up so the auto shop doesn't get a bad rep.

Emad and his team over at Turbo are top notch in getting your vehicle back in proper functionality. I had referenced him before about a prior vehicle I had but never returned due to getting rid of it. I had longed for good car care service for quite a while due to scamming auto repair businesses. Unlike anyone else I was nervous about who I chose for services. After familiarization from my first visit I felt they would be worth the try. Emad was very punctual about diagnosing the problem although he called it on my drop in visit. After manual and diagnostic test were ran it was determined that it was indeed the timing chain guard and assembly that were destroyed. The whole while I thought it may have been a lifter or rocker arm. These guys were time efficient on the work and job well done!! I am overall pleased and comforted to know that I can rely on them futuristically. Truck runs and sound better than before failure. Dont hesitate if you're having vehicle issues stop by Turbo Auto Repair for some good work.

I had such a great experience at this shop. The mechanic was so patient with me and the customer before me. He took his time explaining everything in a way I could actually understand and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. I asked a lot of questions (and probably repeated myself a few times), but he was still kind, respectful, and took me seriously the whole time. What I appreciated most is that he showed me exactly what was wrong, explained the options, and didn’t try to upsell me. The price was literally half of what I was quoted at another shop, and the service was way better. They fixed my problem same day. I only waited around 2 hours.
