they towed my car in there and he proceeded to tell me that he bought new parts for my car turns out that they're all used parts two days after I got my car back the supposedly brand new bumper fell off the car he's a rip-off do not take your car there he didn't even replace the undercarriage of my car I had to put it back in the shop and spent over $5,000 fixing what he destroyed on my car stay away from that shop

To point I am not a professional car painter BUT i have painted full cars and know when someone has done a rushed job because I have and know the results. Took bumper off the car bare to fix a crack on it but because of lack of time decided to let a professional do it. Cracks where not plastic welded properly and outer surface was not smoothed out. Also paid for full bumper to be repainted and large damaged parts showed it was not done. The job was done rushed and carelessly. The large scratches are still 100% there and material use for the crack is wrong causing it to crack again because it does not flex. I DO NOT recommend anyone to go there period. Years of experience means nothing if your work ethic and quality is been this horrible for so many years. Again I know rushed jobs because I have made the mistake my self doing my own repairs. I take it back... I would have done a better job even if I had rushed it and I am not a body shop repair guy. Very disappointed :(

Brought a car there and told them we wanted a good job, but it didn't have to be showroom condition. Had thin paint in areas, orange peel, runs and fingerprints in others. Had the car for 8 months. They did the work in 3 weeks. Could tell that it would definitely not change anything if you complained . Felt it was best to lick the wounds and move on.

Long story short, I brought my jet ski for a paint estimate on the top hull with Nestor (owner) and said he could do it no problem. I go pick it up only to find a subpar paint job. There was runs on the paint through out the jetski and orange peel. He than proceeds to tell me to put it back together and he'll fix the spots and me being the optimistic human being I said ok because everyone deserves a second chance. I bring it back and immediately I can tell he's demeanor has completely change. I didn't think too much of it as long as he got the job done. I come back to pick it up only to find the ski in worst shape than I drop it off. You can tell he was rushing, buffer still on the floor and the ski was filthy. He than says to put some wax and let it dry which I knew by looking at it that was not the case. He than says he doesn't have the proper tools to get in the edges blah blah blah.... Moral of the story is nestor is not a trustworthy person and Rossi's body shop does not posses the skill set or tools to perform a professional quality paint job.
