Good service poor workmanship had an oil sensor replaced afterward went to replace valve cover gasket recommend by mechanic and all the screws on valve cover was loose. Not a reliable place to go for automobile work.

Ricardo, the front representative, was very helpful, polite, kind, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and compassionate. For some reason it took nearly two hours for an oil change, but the kindness that he showed made the wait less frustrating. I know it wasn’t his fault because I saw him working extremely hard even though there were two other individuals sitting at a register conversing. It seemed like one of them was the manager of that Midas and the other one was a district manager because he was mentioning features about the Tampa Midas. When I came in Ricardo had another customer. One of these managers told me to have a seat and someone would be with me momentarily. However, Ricardo should be commended on the exceptional job that he does and rewarded accordingly.
