Made an appointment which was completely pointless since they prioritize walk ins. 5 days later it was fixed and no one called me til I asked for a manager to get my car problem resolved. The labor fees are way above the charts. They also never called me to notify me they’re holding onto my vehicle overnight. The service tech didn’t apologize til after the manager got involved.

12/22/2023 I received a call to get my truck in for a recall that should take about 15 minutes. I called this service department and made and appointment for 12/22/2023. Got there on time but there were two vehicles blocking the entrance, tried calling, I was sent to a voicemail, called again and was out on hold for over 5 minutes, while on hold one of the vehicles moved so I was finally able to get in the service area so I hang up the call and walk in to a line of customers and no employee available. After another 5 minutes one employee finally showed up, she alone was taking customers, another employee showed up but he was just talking to another employee, the manager yelled "common people hurry up, there are customers waiting" the employee looked at him, laughed, kept talking the other employee and then left, it is very obvious the employees have no respect for the manager which is probably why the department doesn't work as it should. Finally I was called and ask how long would it take, lady said a couple of hours 😱 for a recall that was supposed to take about 15 minutes??? I just cancelled the appointment and left. This was my second attempt to get service at this location and the second fail. This place is extremely disorganized and unreliable. I rather drive to Lakeland like I did the last time I tried them, no more chances from me, they're not worth it, no respect for customers times. July 2022 Made an maintenance appointment last week, they were supposed to come pickup my car at 10:45am, no one showed up or call. I use the online chat but it took a long time for them to answer so I called, the guy said they hire a company to do the pickup and don't have a way to contact them but that they're on the way, the online chat told me someone would calle back. By 11am I'm still waiting for someone to call or show up, nothing, I called back at 11:08am, the lady said they do have communication with the drivers that the service advisor Stephanie is trying to reach the driver and will call me back in 5 minutes.... By 11:33am no one has called or show up, I called and got a machine that no one was available at the moment that I can press 3 to keep my place on the call line and get a call back, I'm still waiting... At 11:38am I called a different number and asked to speak with a manager for the service department, while on hold for 9 minutes, the driver finally showed up to pickup my truck, at this point he's almost an hour late and I have other appointments and things to do so I told him he can just go, I was on hold to speak with a manager and cancel the appointment... The manager never answered, is now 1210pm and I'm still waiting for a call back. So, I guess I'll have to cancel on this review. If I where supposed to go there and was an hour + late, I'm sure they would have said that I lost my spot for not showing on time, so I expected them to show up on time and had other appointments scheduled according to that. It's extremely rude to not show up on time and not even call you back, they have no consideration for people's time and lives. Luckily there are so many other places you can get your vehicle maintenance done, so no worries on my part, I'll go somewhere else! 🤷🏾♀️ Since they own every other dealership nearby and the one in Bartow was more expensive, I ended up going to Lakeland Chrysler where I received an excellent service and paid $100 less than the estimate given at this irresponsible dealership so it all worked out on my favor! I certainly cannot recommend this place, save yourself some time by going to Lakeland Chrysler or any other place you can find near you! * Next day update: they still haven't returned my calls but they text me this morning saying how sorry they were that I couldn't make it to the appointment, obviously an automatic text since they were the ones that didn't show up on time, lol!

I would like to say that this dealership has a good service department but as I can't get service to answer the phone I guess I will never know. I tried for 45 minutes to get an oil change for my wife's 2023 Ram 1500 from the Low Payment Kings in both Lake Wales and Winter Haven. I was put on endless hold, disconnected and sent to the wrong department. Finally spoke to someone who didn't know any prices or even what engine these trucks are available with. As someone who worked in the auto service industry for 20 years this is a severe disappointment. They neither realize nor care that they lost a customer that owns 2 new Ram trucks. I was so upset at the time wasted.

We were in the process of moving from Washington state to Florida and had limited time and I wanted to make sure our Jeep was safe for the family. Clifton was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to ensure his team completed timely repair of engine mounts, transmission flush and tire rotation as well as a recall. All at a competitive price. Thank you. Honestly, I loved my service rep. However I was offered a 2 oil change 2 tire rotation deal. I wasn’t sure about it and she convinced me it was the best deal. I told her I was short in money but she was right, it would save me money to do it. I paid for everything, to find out the tire Rotation wasn’t done because I needed new tires. Which I totally understand, but now I paid for a deal I didn’t need and couldn’t really afford, for it not to happen. I wasn’t even offered to pay for just the oil change, I feel cheated. This isn’t acceptable and I’ll be going somewhere else from now on.

Beware the Bait and Switch. Called and told them we were coming from an hour and a half away, asked them to put hands on the vehicle before we drove over there. They told us “we have the keys in our hands” Got there - and NOPE. Didn’t have it. Then tried to tell us “we will sell you a better vehicle and honor the price” Brought in a two year older, rough running, tore up, rusted truck. Definitely not better. Did not care about our wasted time, our wasted gas, paying a babysitter. Tried gaslighting me into saying “we didn’t lie to you”. I would avoid. They care more about their bottom line than doing right by people.

If I could post 0 stars I would. Save yourself time and money and go literally anywhere else but here. They scam you into buying their premium warranty that they claim covers anything and everything if something happens to the vehicle. After our check engine light came on we brought it in. The first time around I took off of work to get the vehicle there and drop it off. They also said it would cost 175$ just to run a diagnostic on it. Two hours later they called and claimed their computers were down and I needed to bring it in a week later. Fast forward a week. They no longer mention the diagnostic fee but fight me about the premium coverage and how it actually doesn't cover everything. After finally getting a call about what was wrong they had to order parts which they had no date on their arrival, and they are claiming it needs 1300$ in service prior to putting the parts in. This place is a scam. Stay very far away.

Nobody that works here actually knows what is going on, I have never seen such incompetence from a business and staff. I was hit and run in August, I was approved for repairs mid september, my vehicle made it in the day after christmas. During the time it was being repaired I recoeved multiple "updates" but it was for the wrong car. Most recently I called because I was told my car would be ready at noon today after calling 6 times and getting sent straight to VM, someone called back and let me know that again the incorrect car was almost ready. Thankfully I was able to get in contact with ALEX the only guy who understood my frustration and stepped up to the plate got answers for me. Never again will I come back for any services. Time is money and these guys are theives of time.

I recently purchased a Wrangler from this dealership. Because of the pandemic and a lack of inventory everywhere, I couldn't find one equipped the way I wanted. I chose to order one equipped the way I wanted and used this dealership because of the great way I was treated by our salesperson, Nicholas. My experiences with my Wrangler and this dealership are still shiny and new, but so far, they've all been great!

Me and my buddie went in to look at a 2019 F-150 king ranch with roughly around 78,000 miles our Salesman David Ruiz was an amazing guy very nice, professional, Worked with us well, very cooperative and was a all-around good guy he definitely! has a 5 star in our book! But we went to speak the sales manager John Vanella he was extremely rude when we tried to make a deal he told us word for word “This is why you can’t buy a vehicle” and “you don’t have the power and place to negotiate prices” and he got very snazzy and he yelled at us. I don’t know why he would ever treat a customer like this! We were being polite and respectful to him! We just wanted to make a deal and potentially by the truck, we were very interested in it! I know we are in our early 20s we only came in with good intentions we have been to a lot of other dealerships and no one has ever treated us like trash like John Vanella has! You should treat everyone with respect no matter the age and how much money they have! Giving a 1 start! Will never buy from this company and all my friends will hear about this! Very disappointed!

BUYER BEWARE: I purchased this 2019 Nissan Frontier from these guys after being told the truck was a very clean truck with no rust by salesperson MATT REIDER . The truck ran and drove great. Under the hood/undercarriage of the vehicle was clean with no significant rust. After buying the vehicle and getting home, the next morning I realized the horn didn’t work. That led me to do some further investigating, which is when I stumbled upon all of this rust on the inside of the cab. The majority of all bolts were rusted, the underside/rails of the seats were completely rusted, as well as the whole underneath of the dash. I then put 2 and 2 together, realized since the truck was from Fort Myers, it was definitely flooded from hurricane Ian in 2022. This dealership should not be in business if this is how they’re doing to do it . After returning the truck, showing the sales manager (TODD LYONS) all the rust, him confirming the truck appeared to be underwater, within a few hours the truck was reposted for sale with no notation of the rust that you can see from all of the pictures I provided. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, VERY SHADY.

I don't ever leave reviews and I wasn't going to post this but what happened and what i was told has been weighing on me so I decided to finally do it. I owned a small business so I know that if I was in charge of this place I'd want to know. I dropped our rubicon off for an oil change a couple weeks ago and went next door to olive garden for lunch then to walmart to grab a few things. I was gone for a little over two hours and when I came back to pick it up, I was informed they were backed up (it didn't look that busy) and had not even started it yet. I asked to see the manager and was told he was not there. The nice young lady helping me even said he usually isn't around in the afternoons! WHAT? I got my key back and left. I went to to the lakeland jeep dealer the next morning and they got it done right away.

They take forever to do an oil change, and when they scan your car, they don’t even bother to close the cover properly. Customer service is terrible. I stopped coming here and switched to Lakeland, where the service has been much better. I only returned because they texted me a “special offer.” I clearly told them my Jeep was not due for an oil change, and they told me it didn’t matter and to come in anyway. When I arrived, the employee assigned to me was nowhere to be found. The person who greeted me acted confused about why I was there. After I explained, she told me she couldn’t honor the offer because my Jeep didn’t need an oil change. They wasted my time, plain and simple. Completely unprofessional, misleading, and disorganized. This dealership provides some of the worst service I’ve experienced and should not be in business.
