Wow, wow, wow! Rafael is hands down the most skilled / most honest mechanic I've ever delt with. We ordered a regulator for my window, turns out he was able to fix it with silicone by reshaping it. Saved me $260.00. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else! Thank you so much! Also Lisa at the front desk is very kind and attentive as well!

I stopped in to see if I could get my tire fixed around lunch. I was told by the owner to come back at 7:30 when they open the next day. So I stopped in at 7:30 the next day and guess what the workers are waiting for the owner to come to work. I finally left after waiting almost 20 min. Very poorly ran company lying to customers and not opening when your hours state 7:30am I work so this was perfect. You know the saying to good to be true!! Very disappointing!

Husband and I both purchased tires for our 2 vehicles from Ernie at Cypress Tire last year. He is truly an amazing owner with high standards and professionalism. I just had the tires rotated at the 5,000 miles and service was fast! They also checked my brakes and there were no issues. So glad to recommend his business.

I explained exactly what I wanted and the so called Owner the lady was charging me for Parts and Labor for stuff that I brought myself! I was asking her why are you charging me 264 dollars for parts and labor when I already was told what the price was by the owner the male guy and I brought my own parts ? She continued NOT to listen and even the gentleman tried to tell her and she still had an attitude! They are Veteran owned . ?? I seriously doubt they are . I try to give Veterans the upmost respect because I am a Disabled 26 year 3 tour combat veteran.. I never treat my vets like this.! Never ! She has no respect whatsoever! Veterans please do not go there! I don’t think they are Veteran owned! The owner is supposed to be a male so I don’t even know who she is! There is nothing in the office to prove it! No awards no pictures no nothing!

Had an emergency and had to bring my 2014 Dodge ram into Cypress tire. Apparently the water pump broke. They quoted me to fix the water pump in reasonable time at a reasonable price. Actual price was as quoted. Even though I had to leave the vehicle overnight because it was late in the day the owner himself gave me a ride home which I am grateful for. Recommend them to anyone.

They charged me a total of $3000 on 2 separate occasions to fix my steering. It still did not work correctly. I took it to the dealership and they told me these guys used parts that did not fit my car and the entire system was falling apart. They will lie, cheat, and steal from you. They do terrible work and charge an outrageous price and then get you to come back to fix the problem they created. Do not trust these people!

Had a punctured tire, they fixed me up in like 20 minutes and didn't charge me a dime, just said we hope you'll come back when you need something else. Love to see people who treat you right and aren't just trying to drain your wallet. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Review update; 10-19-24 I received a late night Facebook message from someone associated with this business, harassing me about the below post...not only would I not recommend them, I am now being personally attacked. We have had nothing but hassle from the current owners. We brought in new brakes, rotors and pads to be put on. The brake company sent us an unmatched back set. The mechanic, with 30 yrs experience, put the brake on the car anyway. Nothing was said to us about it. We drove away wirh squeaking brakes. After following the manufacturer directions for breaking them in, the squeak continued. We came back and was told by the owner that the squeak was because of the kind of brakes they were. After my husband did extensive research he discovered the issue of the back brake being on the wrong direction. The brake company sent us another set. We came back on a Saturday to get them changed out. We were told there were no mechanics on duty on Saturday. We came back on Tuesday, being told they open at 730, no one showed up until 745 and we weren't helped until 8:00 There was an incredible amount of hassle from Ernie, the owner , over this issue. He argued with the directions that were on the box, telling us we were wrong. After seeing the wrong brake, he was less than happy to change out the back break for free, even accusing us of trying to scam him. Upon more discussion, told us that he didn't want us as customers anymore. After further discussion, told us that we were being dishonest and that we were starting to bug him. All.of this over asking him to fix what his 30 year mechanic had messed up on. Not to worry, we won't be back.

They couldn't even put tires on my truck had it most of the day had gas syphoned my stereo played with, scratches and dings not to mention plastic on tailgate broke!!! Got the rims that needed installed back with stud digs because they didn't and wouldn't take the spacers off.... Negative ⭐⭐ pic is the new rims installed for $21 at Patton's tire lake whales all that was needed was the short spacers removed!!!

Saved Christmas! We just drove into Auburndale 13hrs from DC and had a flat tire. Something that could be patched. Went to Tire Kingdom and they turned us away because they wanted us to buy a new tire. Went to Cypress Tires and they said they could fix it no problem! Ernie and Madelyn were so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be going back for any future needs! Go Army 😉
