Unfortunately I had transmission problems and opted to have my transmission rebuilt instead of paying these ridiculous prices for a new vehicle. I took it to Mr. Tony and now my 14 year old car is running like and shifting like new! Tony is a honest and stand up guy who has a dedicated crew who has been with him and in the business of rebuilding transmissions for a long time! Took my daughter's truck in for a problem with it not shifting correctly. Owner was very quick with repair and very honest. He easily could have thrown in some extra repairs but he was honest and said it was only a 30 second fix and no charge. It is amazing to see an honest shop and it made my daughter's day (maybe year) that it was simple fix. She has been working on the truck the past 12 months getting it ready for her license in two more months. Thank you to all at Tranmission City!

Couple of years ago my son and I was referred to Tony to rebuild the transmission in his older car his grandmother have him. After he tore it open more charges were added to the bill. It leaked oil like crazy. He told us he replaced the oil pan and he didn't know why it was leaking. One day I got under the car, took a key to the oil pan and scratched it and took pictures. Returned to Tony again same oil leak. He said he replaced the oil pan leak is gone. Leak still present and the scratched up oil pan still there too. I would never recommend this company as he was caught in lies, took advantage of single disabled mom and 17 year old son. The transmission never ran properly and after returning to him over 20 times I just had enough. Had to share my story and hope others don't have the same issues we did.

Damaged my daughter’s car, no communication the 8 days they had the car, my daughter had to contact them. Go to pick her car up because they couldn’t do the repairs due to not being able to use outside parts and the driver side back fender was destroyed! Asked them to be honest about what happened…they were not! Sad someone would treat a single mom like this! Can’t trust anyone these days! Maybe someone will be a standup guy and admit what happened to my daughters’s car!!!

I got everything fixed and it broke again I brought it back and he’s refusing to work on it stating that he knows I was drinkin and driving and that’s why it broke NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD

I had a transmission replaced on my vehicle. I took the car in during the warranty period because I felt there was an issue. The owner of the business told me there wasn't a problem. MIRACULOUSLY I took the vehicle back a couple months later for the same problem and my warranty had just expired and they found the problem and said I needed a new transmission. There was never any paperwork given to me on the warranty and I was not able to confirm that I even had a warranty with the warranty provider (Whatever It Takes Transmission Parts INC.). BE WARNED if you take your vehicle in, make sure you get paperwork on the "inspection" he performs.

Sent my son’s car in for a manual transmission swap. They reused the old crush washers, so fluid was leaking out of the drain and fill plug. The motor mount that is connected to the transmission was not torqued down, thankfully it didn’t come out. Cheap price = cheap service, lots of friends of mine recommended them but this could have been really bad. We won’t be using them again sadly.

Fast, answers their phone and do amazing work. These guys really know their stuff. I took my transmission from a 2004 Jeep grand Cherokee and it was returned in three days fully rebuilt with a one year warranty and it now works flawlessly. They even fixed a minor defect without charge after my Mobile Mechanic erroneously installed & bent the separator plate. I cannot speak more highly of these guys who really know what they’re doing I would highly recommend them.
