I went to take 5 on hwy 60 in lake wales. The tech told me that my coolant was bone dry and I needed a coolant flush. I stepped out of the vehicle to get a look at the level of coolant. The tech demanded that I get back into my car which I did but not before noticing that my coolant was almost full. Also they are not giving the customers a choice of which oil they would like to be used in their vehicle. I left there without getting serviced and drove to the take 5 located in winter haven and the experience was just as bad. The tech had tacked on services that I did not request, but only inquired about. The balance was over $300.00. He had added the coolant flush that I explained to him that the other place tried to give me that I did not need. Both places got highly upset because I refused to be taken advantage of. Never again will I go to a take 5 oil change.

Staff was friendly. I know itโs a quick place for oil changes but I asked for then to give me a minute to find my coupon and they just charged my credit card for full price. I usually get 25% off for ride sharing. Other than that they did a pretty good job!

Horrible nightmare experience. I went yesterday for a oil change and was told my radiator was low on fluid and needed a flush. I didn't have any issues with the radiator before getting there and the car was not overheating. The next day my car starts overheating and I found a leak that I didn't have before taking the car in for a oil change. This is not the first time I have gone to take 5 and have something damage on my car from there negligence. Last year while doing a oil change they damage a sensor on the top of the engine. They said they were not liable. Do not take your vehicle here unless you want it damage.

Sat waiting for over a half an hour amd watched a car that came in after me be serviced. 4 people working and noone directing where I should have pulled in. Disorganized and inattentive. Never advised how long I would be wait until I saw the guy that came in after me leave. Was then advised lengthy transmission flush was happening ahead of me. I was not directed elsewhere. 6 cars in the bay waiting when I finally just left. If they can get organized on traffic control then what's the quality of the service I cant see?

First visit at a Take 5. Look at clock when I 1st drove in- 10:08am. Looked at clock when I drove out- 10:40am. I would say that was a decent amount of time to get an oil change. They were out of the type of oil I wanted ( synthetic blend) so they upgraded me at no charge to full synthetic oil. Extremely impressed. Will visit again.

Been coming here for almost two years because theyโre always friendly and they donโt try to charge me for something I donโt need. For example, the last few times they checked my wipers and said I was good. Any other place would have tried to get me to get them (had it happen with new wipers). I love that today everyone was joking around and even singing. Great people here. Itโs no wonder we are loyal to them!

I was very pleased this time I went to Take 5. Last time, the guy told me they donโt do Fiat 500โs. I thought that was strange and I was right! Everyone at the Winter Haven location was very friendly. One guy, I canโt remember his name (sorry), put new wiper blades on for me. I had had those things in my back seat for months because I couldnโt figure it out. Lol. He was super helpful and got it done in 2 minutes. Including the oil change, we were in and out super quick! I will definitely go back next time.

I went in late, around 6 to 630. I was greeted by a gentleman named Joel. Joel was super professional and informative with every step of the way. For the first time ever someone asked me about my cabin filter. Iโve been to Take 5 oil changes plenty of times, and nobody ever asked me about that. Joel checked and sure enough it was super messy, and needed to be replaced. Joel made my experience pleasant and got me in and out without feeling like he was rushing me out. Excellent customer service and definitely want Joel taking care of me again. Thank you Joel!

It was super fast and the technicians were more than helpful. One of them noticed a problem with my fan under the hood. He said he might be able to fix it and plugged in a machine and reset the fan and it immediately shut off. He did not have to offer that to me but he did and now Iโm riding in comfort with my air conditioner working properly. I cannot thank him enough for taking the extra couple minutes to help me with this. He deserves to be recognized!!!!

Where should I start... First i called the day before for a quote and was quoted "$60 and offered a $25 coupon which would bring my total to $35". After they drained the oil from my truck I was told it would be $108. I asked about the quote and presented the coupon which brought my total to $90. I also asked them to not top off the washer fluid because I use the rain-x product and had it in the truck with me, but they did it anyway. The next morning when I got in the truck my tire pressure light came on and 3 of 4 tires were low on pressure, so they obviously didn't check those. so my 10 minute $35 oil change took 45 minutes and cost 3 times what I was quoted. I won't be back and I won't recommend them to anyone. In fact I highly recommend noone support this business in any way. If you're a lawyer reading this please initiate a class action suit im sure im not the only person who has been taken advantage of by this company. In my business if I quote a customer a price I stand by it even if I lose money on the deal and I dont start the work until we have agreed on a price and what work is to be done. Follow up. I spoke with the Shop manager about being quoted one price and being charged a significantly higher price and he said " I dont know why they quote those prices. Have a nice day" and ended the conversation.

Every time I come here, itโs understaffed. Iโve been here several times, and itโs always Bri and Joel working nonstop! Do they ever get a day off? They are the best, and I truly donโt mind waiting because I know theyโre going to get my car done right. I really wish they had more help. The five stars are for them and their outstanding service.
