If you service your vehicle here plan on taking it elsewhere to be fixed properly. Update: I never had problems making any payments for any service rendered on any my vehicles. You had a contract with my son, not me! You are a liar and a dishonest person and I will never have you touch any of my vehicles in the future. Furthermore I met Roy and started taking my vehicles there because a car he was servicing was stolen from him and ended up in my side yard. Never trust this place!

I would give this guy no star if I could, please don't waste your money here, take your business somewhere else!!! He clearly robbed us blind of $6500. I was in an accident where I was hit, car totalled and went in town to find a car. My family only has 1 car at this time due to finances, we told Roy this and that we needed a dependable vehicle. He sold us a Mazda (that within 90 days of us having it) oil was leaking from it and the motor made a wrapping noise...i called a ton of times to have him correct it and make it right..(at first i wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt not labeling him as a scummy car salesman) Said it wasn't his fault...over and over again. We took it to the Mazda dealership to get a full look at the car....and the dealer told us the car shouldn't have passed inspection....i know the dealers hike up the prices on most diagnoses/repairs...but the dealer told us there were over $7,000 in repairs. More than what we paid for the vehicle. If you read this review please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place of business. In the long run we traded the car in...different dealer all together only gave us 1500 and that was talking another 500 on after he only said I can only give you 1000 at most for this car. It's junk. No lemon law in NH, keep that in mind when buying, and go to a reputable dealer if your buying a used car. We have NOW heard that Roy has done this to people in town we know. Stay away from this place.

I've been going to Roys for years now. I used to call around for estimates from different shops. They are usually the cheapest. But its not just about price. More importantly I trust them. It can be hard to find a place you trust and stands behind their work. Lets face it, its bad enough when you need a car repair, you want a place you can trust and not worry about. If you are in need of car repairs or inspection, give them a try.

All I can say, is you can't deal with nicer folks than over at Roy's. I bought a Ford Edge and I Love it! Roy gave my hubby n I a great deal! It's a complete night n day compared to the Liberty I drove for 9 years. Everybody there was great. Roy himself, is wonderful! I would definitely recommend going to Roys!
