Over the past several years, Curtis and team have helped me with my nearly 20 year old Jeep. He installed a new engine, and solved a multitude of various other problems. They even figured out the local Jeep dealership, who had claimed to do a recall update, had not done so. I appreciate the fact that Curtis is always honest with me, does his best to work within my budget, and never tried to up-sell, which, as a single woman, I appreciate very much. The other day I went in to see if they would put new license plates on my car. I had a broken wrist, and lacked the correct tools. Curtis had it done, free of charge, in about five minutes flat. If you want to have a relationship with you mechanic, this is the place. Great family.

I love this place. You are treated just like family. They take care of anything I need. My husband last min told me he needed an inspection before the 1st. I called this morning and was lucky and thankful they were going to take care of me. The waiting area isn't just some cheap chairs. You get a nice comfy couch, chair and ottoman to sit on if you are distracted by the decor. The decor is like a step back in time with articles framed from old newspapers about them. Old trucks and cars on aluminium. And you don't smell grease. You feel like you are sitting in their living room. Like I said family. My family all goes there for their car needs. You should too!

Such an amazing repair shop, we needed a last minute inspection to get my roadtest done at the DMV and they fit us right in. The people working there are sweet as can be, we sat and chatted with the lady there the whole time our car was getting inspected- it wasn't a long chat, but she was so sweet:)

They were rude, overcharged us and tried to fix parts we did not need. Then after an appointment was scheduled a week in advance. We call the day before to make sure the parts that were 9rdered the week before had come in and to make sure our appointment was still good. They had no remembrance of the appointment and none of the parts were at the shop. So it would have been the second wasted trip after getting an appointment the second time. We drove all the way there to get told it would be an hour wait after getting the appointment for the opening slot at 8 am. Then get sent home because they had to order the parts. They tried to charge us 600 dollars for parts that are 100 dollars. Don't go they will overcharge and be rude to you. Not worth the money or time.

I have been driving for over 55-years and have had my cars serviced at many repair and service centers and Roy’s is the absolute finest of all of them. Everyone there is professional, polite, and friendly. They make you feel like you’re part of their family and not just a customer. Their top-notched assessments have saved me thousands in repairs, oil changes, and inspections over the years and I wouldn’t dream of taking my cars anyplace else. They have kept my 16-year old car with 165,000 miles, in great shape and saved me many years of unnecessary new car payments. Had to sing praises of this place. I’m recently a school bus owner (converting to camper) who knows nothing about diesel. I’ve been sniffing around for someone I could TRUST to tell me the truth about what kind of shape she is in. These guys could have told me the entire bus needed to be rebuilt and I wouldn’t have known any better- but they took a thorough look, cleared her for my upcoming road trip, and told me she didn’t need a thing. A mechanic you can trust is priceless- and I’ve found that at Roy’s. I will never go anywhere else as long as I have my skoolie! Thank you to Roy, Curtis, and lovely Michelle in the office. Me and My Girlfriend have been taking our cars here for months now after plenty of bad experiences with other shops and they are always honest, only tell you what needs to be done and the prices are very fair for all the work they do. Very down to earth people who treat you like family. Best example of this was the first time we went up there was for a state inspection with my girlfriend's accord that had a SRS Light on and they gave us advice on the best way to fix it without breaking the bank (it was the wrong airbag on the passenger side that the previous owner installed but didn't plug in) and helped us diagnose it for a lot less than anywhere else would and didn't charge us for the reinspection. We will be repeat customers here with our current cars and any cars we get in the future. Thank you Roy's for the Excellent service each and every time!

Was in town for a visit after moving away years ago. Was having alternator problems and my former mechanic was covered up. Roy’s took me and started on my complex issue immediately. The mechanic, Dave, did exactly what he said he would do and was the same price as my former mechanic thought it would cost. Was completed early afternoon and couldn’t be happier. Roy even showed me around and had some classics being restored. A great experience.

Awesome place!!! My inspection sticker was expired so I couldn't drive on the military base. They're very strict on inspection stickers. I had been parking outside of base and walking through the gate to my unit. During my lunch break, I met these awesome guys at Ray's who spent their lunch break doing my inspection. I was in uniform so they did acknowledge their support for the military and were very pleased to assist with my issued. I appreciate the kind gesture and all they did to get me back from lunch on time with a valid inspection sticker and the ability to drive on post. Highly recommend these awesome gentlemen at Rays. Oh and they also came recommended to me from the nice gentleman down the road at Jiffy Lube.
