My family & I have been going to 804 for years. They may not always be the cheapest, but what keeps us coming back is their honesty & they stand behind the work they do. My quick car story on how 804 became our shop. I’d been to several shops in the area like the one by Lowes due to a clicking & grinding coming from the front whenever I turned to the right. Each place was like you have a broken Axel, CV Joint, & tie rod. At one place they added on “your front tires need to be replaced & your brakes are almost gone”. Most of the places were like it’s going to cost 1400-1800 to fix all of the issues. We went to 804, they looked it over, & were like its just the CV Joint, your brakes, axel, & tie rods are all fine. Your front tires still have plenty of tread for a few more months of driving & don’t need replacing. At the time i think it was under 400.00 (after tax) to repair & we added in a few extra services. If your looking for an honest mechanic at a reasonable price 804 is the place for you.

We bought a used 2020 Tacoma from Carvana, and found several issues after picking it up. We found 804 because they were the highest rated certified repair center. Eric took ownership over the repairs, which were far more extensive than we expected, worked with the warranty company, and got us back on the road. He kept us informed of progress along the way, and acted as our advocate by pushing the warranty company to cover the repairs. I can’t recommend Eric or 804 enough!

I couldn't be more please with 804 Auto Repairs. 804 take care of my vintage-style trolley for my business, also personal vehicles in a pinch. Recently, our Vintage-Style Trolley had an A/C issue. With short notice (same day), the 804 owner took my trolley in and stayed after hours to get it up and running, blowing ice cold for a wedding we had for the next day that was going to be in the 90s. They save the day and the wedding for my clients! If you are looking for a good and honest Repair shop with a clean and comfortable waiting area, I highly recommend 804 Auto Repairs. I was visiting with some family and mentioned that I needed some work done on a vehicle of mine. He told me about 804 Auto. I took my vehicle there. They looked it over and sent pictures of what work was needed. Aron and his techs were very thorough. They have updated me on the progress daily. Very pleased with the service. The Place felt warm as I walked in the door. Being in retail for 30 years. I’m well aware of how important your front office is. It’s the first impression of your business. These guys graded A+ across the board. Trying to be on time with my appointment. I miss my coffee stop. No problem 804 brewed me up. Sat me back in another room with cable and the comfort of home, as I wait. Thinking a 2 hour outstanding rotor job turned into on a hour and 15 mins. Just buying this Buick. A good friend of mine recommended this place and they did not fail to impress me. I was able to meet Aaron and he seemed very friendly and knowledgeable of all things auto related. They quickly serviced my vehicle and got it back to me in a very timely manner. From making the appointment to the technician keeping me involved and notified during the whole time my vehicle was there and the follow-up afterwards just shows how professional this company is. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there I know the place doesn't look like much but it's a top-notch organization. You won't be disappointed. The other day I took my car in to 804 auto repair. There was a metal on metal sound in a vibration when I use the brakes. I thought I had just an appointment to have it looked at. After looking at the car, they told me I would need new rotors and brake pads in the front. I was sure I was going to need to make a follow up appointment to have the work done because it was 3:30pm at that point. They told me they could do the work right then and there if I chose to wait, which I did. While the cost of replacing rotors and brake pads can be up there, I can only imagine what the price would’ve been. Had I taken it to my former dealership. They were both courteous and respectful of my time and I was out of there by 5 o’clock.. The next day, my tire pressure was low, which I took care of myself and thought nothing of it. The following day, the indicator came back on with very low pressure in just one of the tires. I took it back to 804 thinking it might be connected to the brakes being done, but it wasn’t. There was a nail in the tire which they patched up for me and charge me nothing. I would highly recommend taking your car to 804, and also feel as though I have a place that I can trust and look forward to using their service for many years to come ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
